«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայ հանրությունն անհամբեր սպասում է, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանն, ի վերջո, ում է նշանակելու պաշտպանության եւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ: Նա արդեն երկու փուլով նշանակել կամ վերանշանակել է ՀՀ 18 նախարարներից 16-ին: Եվ ամենաինտրիգայինն այս երկու նախարարություններն են, որտեղ որքան ձգվում է նախարարների նշանակումը, այնքան դրանց մասին տարատեսակ տեղեկություններ, կարծիքներ ու պատմություններ են շրջանառվում:

Կարեն Կարապետյանը վարչապետ նշանակվեց սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, եւ Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ կառավարությունը պետք է ձեւավորած լինի նրա նշանակումից 20 օրվա ընթացքում: Այդ վերջնաժամկետը լրանում է հոկտեմբերի 3-ին եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հենց այդ օրն էլ կնշանակի այս նախարարներին:

Նախօրեին ՀՀԿ գործադիր մարմնի նիստում նա կուսակցության վերնախավին ասել է այն, ինչ արդեն հայտնի էր բոլորին՝ պաշտպանության նախարար է նշանակվելու նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, արտգործնախարար կնշանակվի Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:

Իսկ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանին, մեր տեղեկություններով, առաջարկվել է ընտրել Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի եւ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի երկու պաշտոններից մեկը:

ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, սակայն, չի պատրաստվում հանձնվել, ու մեր տեղեկություններով, հիմա էլ նա է ՌԴ գնացել՝ հարցերը լուծելու»:
