«Ժամանակ»–ի տեղեկություններով՝ այս օրերին ԱԺ պատգամավոր, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության եւ կուսակցության վարչության ղեկավար էդմոն Մարուքյանի դեմ սկսված արշավը, որին մասնակից են դարձել նաեւ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ինչպես նաեւ ՀԱԿ-ը, կազմակերպվում է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, 2012 թվականից ՀՀԿ խորհրդի անդամ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանի կողմից։ Անցած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին խայտառակ պարտություն կրելով Մարուքյանից՝ Դալլաքյանը մինչ օրս չի ներում նրան։
Ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների՝ Դալլաքյանը առաջիկայում դուրս կգա ՀՀԿ-ից եւ կսկսի անխոնջ պայքարը ՀՀԿ-ի եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ։ Դրա համար Դալլաքյանը երկար է պատրաստվել է։ Նորաստեղծ «Շրջադարձ հանուն զարգացման» ՀԿ-ն, որը ներկայումս ղեկավարում է ՌԱԿ նախկին ատենապետ էդուարդ Անտինյանը, առաջիկայում կդառնա կուսակցություն՝ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանի առաջնորդությամբ։ Բացի այդ, Դալլաքյանը թանկարժեք գրասենյակ է հիմնել Հանրապետություն փողոցում, ինչպես բոլոր մարզերում, լրատվական կայք է հիմնել, հագեցած տեխնիկայով լրատվական կենտրոն՝ Ամիրյան փողոցում։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այս ամենի համար ֆինանսավորումը գալիս է Ռուսաստանից»:
