Ադրբեջանում 2017-ին 33 շրջան եւ քաղաք կզրկվեն սուբսիդավորումից

Ադրբեջանում նավթի եւ մանաթի էժանացումից հետո ստեղծված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի պատճառով այդ երկրի բյուջեն հայտնվել է ծանր վիճակում, եւ պետությունը հետեւողականորեն կրճատում է պետական բյուջեից կատարվող արտաքին եւ ներքին ծախսերը:

Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության համաձայն` 2017 թվականին պետական բյուջեից երկրի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին հատկացվող ընդհանուր սուբսիդավորումը կկազմի բյուջեի 10.6 տոկոսը, որը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ 743.5 մլն մանաթով, կամ 42.7 տոկոսով պակաս է:
Այս ամենի արդյունքում, Ադրբեջանի 33 քաղաք եւ մարզ ստիպված կլինեն 2017 թվականի ընթացքում իրենց ծախսերը հոգալ տեղերում գոյացած ՏԻՄ բյուջեներից:
2017 թվականին պետական բյուջեից տեղական ծախսերի համար նախատեսվում է 718.3 մլն մանաթ, որը 2016 թվականի համեմատ 820 մլն մանաթով, կամ 53.3 տոկոսով պակաս է:
Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեում 2016 թվականի հունվար-օգոստոս ամիսներին ծախսերի եւ մուտքերի միջեւ ճեղքվածքը կազմել է 1 մլրդ 67 մլն մանաթ, ինչը կազմում է այդ երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 2,8 տոկոսը:
