Ինչպիսի՞ն է տնտեսական իրավիճակը հարևան Վրաստանում և Ադրբեջանում

Վերջերս Համաշխարհային բանկը զեկույց էր հրապարակել, որտեղ ներկայացված էին անդրկովկասյան երկրների տնտեսական վիճակը և հիմնական մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշները: Ըստ զեկույցի՝ առաջիկա երեք տարիներին Հայաստանում ՀՆԱ-ի աճը չի գերազանցի 3 տոկոսը: Սա են երեկ հրապարակված՝ Համաշխարհային բանկի տվյալները: Համաշխարհային տնտեսության հեռանկարներն ամփոփող այս ծավալուն զեկույցի համաձայն՝ 2016-ին ՀՆԱ-ի իրական աճը Հայաստանում կկազմի 1.9 տոկոս: 2017-ին ՀՆԱ-ի իրական արտահայտությամբ աճը երկրում 2.8 կլինի, իսկ 2018-ին` 2.9 տոկոս:
Դատելով հրապարակած տվյալներից` հարավկովկասյան պետությունների շարքում առավել բարվոք տնտեսական վիճակում է Վրաստանը: ՀԲ-ի կանխատեսումների համաձայն՝ 2016 թվականը Վրաստանը կամփոփի 3 տոկոս աճով: 2017-ին ՀՆԱ-ի աճը Վրաստանում կկազմի 4․5, իսկ 2018-ին՝ 5 տոկոս: ՀԲ-ի մասնագետները նաև փորձել են պարզել այն հիմնական գործոնները, որոնք ազդում են այս կամ այն պետության տնտեսական կացության վրա:
Վրաստանի դեպքում տնտեսական աճը դանդաղեցնող գործոններից են էներգակիրներով հարուստ գործընկեր պետություններում, առաջին հերթին Ադրբեջանում արձանագրվող անբարենպաստ զարգացումները: Բանկի կանխատեսմամբ՝ նավթի գինը երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով շարունակելու է ցածր մակարդակի վրա գտնվել, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանը, ինչպես նաև էներգակիրներով հարուստ մյուս հետխորհրդային պետությունները` Ռուսաստանն ու Ղազախստանը, կրկին բախվելու է ֆինանսական խնդիրների, կուտակած պահուստները շարունակելու են նվազել, իսկ արտարժույթի փոխարժեքը լուրջ շուկայական ճնշման է ենթարկվելու:
Միջազգային վարկանշային Fitch գործակալությունը Ադրբեջանում 2016 թվականին ՀՆԱ-ի 3,3 տոկոս մակարդակի անկում է կանխատեսում: Ադրբեջանի իրական ՀՆԱ-ն 2016 թվականին 3,3 տոկոսով կկրճատվի: Fitch-ի գնահատականներով` Ադրբեջանում միջին տարեկան արժեզրկումը 2016 թվականին կարագանա մինչեւ 14 տոկոս` 2015 թվականի 4 տոկոսի դիմաց: 2016 թվականի հունվարին Ադրբեջանում տնտեսական անկումը կազմել է 3,3 տոկոս: 2015 թվականին ՀՆԱ-ի աճը կազմել էր 1,1 տոկոս:
Ադրբեջանի համար, ըստ Համաշխարհային բանկի զեկույցի, 2016-ը վատթարագույնը կլինի վերջին 20 տարիների ընթացքում:
