Սիրիայի վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ համաձայնագիրը հնարավոր կլինի իրագործել, եթե ընդդիմությանն ու զինյալներին իրարից տարանջատեն: Այս մասին ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտնել է BBC–ին տված հարցազրույցում, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Նրա խոսքով, հրադադարի ռեժիմը երբեք չի վերաբերել «Իսլամական պետությանն» ու «Ջեբհաթ ան Նուսրային»: «Մենք հավատում ենք, որ ռուս- ամերիկյան համաձայնագիրը պետք է իրագործվի, - ասել է նա,- Կարեւոր է տարանջատել ընդդիմությանն ու ահաբեկիչներին: Եթե ԱՄՆ –ն նպաստի դրան՝ ապա կլինի նաեւ հրադադար: Իհարկե բացառությամբ «ան Նուսրայի»:
Լավրովը հայտնել է, որ կցանկանար տեսնել Հալեպում հումանիտար շարասյան վրա Ռուսաստանի հարվածի ապացույցները,եթե իհարկե այդպիսիք կան: Ռուսաստանը, Լավրովի խոսքով, Սիրիայում չի գործածում որեւէ զինատեսակ, որը արգելված է ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից:
Նախարարը նաեւ նշել է, որ ՌԴ-ն այդպես էլ բացատրություն չի ստացել, թե ինչու է բանակցությունների հարցերով զբաղվող սիրիական ընդդիմադիր գերագույն կոմիտեն հանդես գալիս « Ջեբհաթ ան Նուսրայի» աջակցությամբ: «Ես այդ խնդիրը բարձրացրել են ամեն անգամ Ջոն Քերրիի հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ, նա միշտ խոստանում էր,որ հենց մենք վերջացնենք հարվածները, Բաշար Ասադն էլ դադարեցնի հարվածները, նրանք կսկսեն տարանջատել ահաբեկիչներին ու ընդդիմությանը: Այս տարվա ընթացքում շատ հոիմանիտար դադարներ են եղել ՄԱԿ-ի խնդրանքով՝ 48 ժամյա, 72 ժամյա, բայց ամեն անգամ այդ դադարները օգտագործվել են «ան Նուսրայի» կողմից արտասահմանից նոր մարտիկներ ու սպառազինում ստանալու համար»:
Լավրովը նշել է, որ Սիրիայում Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր վերջին գործողությունների մասին պաշտոնական Վաշինգթոնի վերջին հայտարարությունները անընդունելի սպառնալիք են:
