Գեղարքունիքի մարզի արոտավայրերում շարունակվում են ջրարբիացման ծրագրերը

ՀՀ կառավարության, համաշխարհային բանկի եւ համայնքների համաֆինանսավորմամբ ՀՀ գյուղնախարարության «Ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակը» Գեղարքունիքի մարզի շուրջ 47 համայնքներում կյանքի է կոչում արոտների բարելավման եւ ջրարբիացման ծրագիրը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ  գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության «ԾԻԳ»-ի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային համակարգող Խորեն Բադալյանը, ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող «Համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսների կառավարման եւ մրցունակության ապահովման ծրագրի» շրջանակում մարզի հեռագնա արոտավայրերում  տարեկան անցկացվում է շուրջ 100 կիլոմետր ջրագիծ եւ տեղադրվում  ավելի քան 20 խմոցներ: Նույն ծրագրի շրջանակներում այժմ ջրարբիացվում են  Գեղարքունիք, Լանջաղբյուր, Սարուխան, Կարմիրգյուղ համայնքների հեռագնա արոտավայրերը, որոնք 1960-ական թվա կաններին ունեցել էին ջրարբիացման համակարգեր, սակայն դրանք շարքից դուրս էին եկել ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո:

«Գեղարքունիք, Լանջաղբյուր, Սարուխան, Կարմիրգյուղ համայնքները միասին ունեն 15 հազար հեկտար արոտներ, որոնք ճիշտ կառավարելու համար հարկավոր էր շուրջ 50 կիլոմետր երկարությամբ ջրագիծ եւ 13 խմոց: Արոտների բարելավման եւ ջրարբիացման ծրագրի շրջանակում մենք լուծում ենք տալիս այդ խնդրին: Անցկացվող ջրագծի աղբյուրակապը գտնվում է հեռավոր Սպիտակասարի ստորոտում: Ծրագրի շրջանակում նախորդ տարի խմոցներ են տեղադրվել եւ ջրագիծ է անցկացվել Գեղարքունիք եւ Լանջաղբյուր համայնքների համար: Այս տարի էլ նույն ճանապարհով ծրագիրն իրականացվում է Սարուխան եւ Կրմիրգյուղ համայնքների համար: Ջրագծի ընդհանուր երկարությունը կազմում է 32 կիլոմետր: Այս տարվա ծրագրով մայր ջրագծի հաշվին Լանջաղբյուր համայնքը կունենա եւս մեկ խմոց»,- հավաստեց Խորեն Բադալյանը: Ծրագրի արժեքը կազմում է 340 միլիոն դրամ, որի 50 տոկոսը հատկացվել է «Համաշխարհային բանկ»-ի կողմից, 45 տոկոսը՝ պետբյուջեի միջոցներից: Ծրագիրը հինգ տոկոսով համաֆինանսավորում են Սարուխան եւ Կարմիրգյուղ համայնքները: Ծրագրի պատվիրատուն գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ԾԻԳ-ն է, իսկ կապալառուն՝ «Գազկոպշին» ՍՊԸ-ն: «Ծրագիրը հեռագնա արոտավայր երում միայն խմելու ջրի հարց չի լուծում, այլ դրանով հնարավոր է դառնում նաեւ  արոտաշրջանառության կիրառումը, որն ունի նաեւ բնապահպանական նշանակություն: Նույն ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են նաեւ դաշտամիջյան ճանապարհների բարեկարգման աշխատանքներ»,-հավելեց Խորեն Բադալյանը:
