Վլադ Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ֆեյսբուքից պատահաբար իմացա, որ Կապանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում թեկնածությունն առաջադրել է նաև Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը ու տեսա նախընտրական հոլովակները, որում ինքն իրան հերոս, ազատամարտիկ է ներկայացնում: Գիտե՞ք իրականում ով է Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը... ընդամենը մի դրվագ պատմեմ, որը ազատամարտիկ հորեղբայրս է պատմել:
94 թվին Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը Կարմրաքարի բատալյոնի հրամանատարն էր, էն բատալյոնի, որը մասնակցեց Հորադիզի կայարանի ազատագրման համար մղվող մարտին, բայց Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը էդ գործողությունների ընթացքում ոչ թե զինվորների կողքին էր, այլ իրենց տանը՝ Կապան քաղաքում: Էդ մարտի ժամանակ Կարմրաքարի բատալյոնից 4 հոգի զոհվեց:
Նույն բալատյոնն էլի առանց Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանի մասնակցեց Ֆիզուլիի մարտերին, էդ մարտի ժամանակ ավելի շատ զոհեր եղան՝ ավելի քան 50 հոգի, բայց ի տարբերություն նախորդի, էս մարտի ժամանակ Արթուրը ոչ թե իրենց տանն էր այլ՝ շտաբից ոչ մի անգամ դուրս չկավ, հասկանալի է՝ ինչու:
Երկար-բարակ չգրեմ, ուղղակի հանդիպեք Արթուրի «հրամատանարությամբ» կռված տղերքին ու կիմանաք, որ էս երևույթը պետք է քրեական պատասխանատվության կանչված լիներ ժամանակին՝ հրամանատարի պարտականությունները պատշաճ չկատարելու համար:
