«Ժողովուրդ». Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ ամենախայտառակ խորհրդարանը

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Երեկ խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցավ մեծ աղմուկ հանած «Հարկային օրենսգրքի» նախագծի երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քվեարկությունը: 79 կողմ, 24 դեմ եւ 1 ձեռնպահ արդյունքներով այն ընդունվեց: Իհարկե, օրենսգիրքը դեռ պետք է երրորդ ընթերցմամբ եւս ընդունվի, սակայն ողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ երկրորդից-երրորդ ընթերցում ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նախագիծն այլեւս չի կարող իմաստային կամ որեւէ այլ էական փոփոխության ենթարկվել, միայն կոսմետիկ բաներ: Մինչեւ երրորդ ընթերցման ներկայացնելը օրենսգրքի նախագիծը միայն խմբագրական շտկումների կարող է ենթարկվել:

Ի դեպ, «Ժողովուրդ»-ը արձանագրել է, որ չնայած երեկվա նիստին Մհեր Սեդրակյանը եւ Սեյրան Սարոյանը բացակայում էին, արտահերթ նիստի ընթացքում ոտք չեն դրել խորհրդարան, բայց միեւնույն է՝ նրանք կողմ են քվեարկել:

Ներկայիս խորհրդարանը Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ կմնա որպես ամենախայտառակ եւ մեր երկրի համար վնասակար ամենաշատ օրենքներ ընդունած հաստատություն: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ընդունված փաստաթղթին, այն նախատեսվում է ուժի մեջ մտցնել եկող տարվա հունվարի 1-ից: Թերեւս դրանից մի քանի ամիս անց բոլորի համար ակնհայտ կդառնա, թե այդ փաստաթուղթն ինչ սպառնալիքներ է պարունակում Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար, եւ ինչու են ընդդիմադիրներն ասում, որ այս օրենսգիրքը Հայաստանի դեմ դավադրություն է»:
