«Իրավունք». Նոր մանրամասներ՝ Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի որդու հարսանիքից. խոհարարների մրցույթ, ձկնամթերք

«Իրավունք» թերթը գրում է. «Տրանսպորտի եւ կապի նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի որդու հարսանիքի մասին «Իրավունքին» նոր տեղեկություններ են հայտնի դարձել։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ հարսանյաց արարողության համար ծախսվել է մոտավորապես 75 մլն դրամ։

Հարսանյաց արարողության համար նախօրոք խոհարարների մրցույթ է եղել եւ, այսպես ասած, ընտանեկան ժյուրին համտեսով որոշել է, թե որ հանրաճանաչ ռեստորանի խոհարարները պետք է ապահովեն արարողության ուտեստային մասը։ Ասում են՝ մրցույթում «չի հաղթել» հանրաճանաչ ռեստորաններից մեկի շեֆ խոհարարը։

Մրցույթում «հաղթել» է երեք խոհարար։ Նրանցից մեկը պատասխանատու է եղել մսային, մյուսը՝ ձկնային ու ծովային, երրորդը՝ աղցանների համի ու որակի համար։

Հարսանյաց սեղանին, ավանդական խորովածից ու ձկից բացի, եղել են ծովային ուտեստներ։ Մինչ արարողությունը, սակայն, խոհարարներից մեկն առաջարկել է կրճատել ուտեստների թիվը, քանզի հարսանյաց արարողությունների ժամանակ երեք ուտեստը լիովին բավարար է։ Սակայն ընտանեկան ժյուրին հորդորել է նրան զբաղվել իր գործով. «Ձեզ ոնց ասում ենք՝ տենց արեք»։ Մինչդեռ խոհարարի կանխատեսումն իրականացել է՝ պատվիրված ուտեստների մեծ մասին հյուրերն ուղղակի ձեռք չեն տվել։

Ի  դեպ,   ըստ   տեղեկությունների,  ՀՀԿ-ի գործադիր մարմնում հնարավոր է՝  Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը չվերընտրվի»:
