Անիմացիոն ֆիլմերի շատ հերոսներ հիշեցնում են մեզ հոլիվուդյան դերասանների և դա ամենևին էլ պատահականություն չէ: Իրականում՝ մուլտիպլիկացիոն հերոսներից շատերը հիմնված են իրական դերասանների վրա: Առաջին հերթին՝ այդ դերասանները հնչյունավորում են կերպարներին, ապա նրանց արտաքին տեսքի հիման վրա ստեղծվում են այդ կերպարները:
