ՌԴ ԱԳՆ արտասահմանում գտնվող հայրենակիցներին խորհուրդ է տվել զգույշ լինել սեպտեմբերի 30-ին, ինչը պայմանավորված է նրանով որ մի շարք կազմակերպություններ կոչ են արել բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպել Հալեպում մարտերի ակտիվացման դեմ:
Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին խորհուրդ է տրվում «վաղը ողջամիտ զգուշություն դրսեւորել, զերծ մնալ այնպիսի վայրեր հաճախելուց, որտեղ բարկությունն ու բողոքը կարող են ուղղվել նրանց արժանապատվության ու անվտանգության դեմ», հայտնում է Lenta–ն
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է, որ Մոսկվայում ուշադրություն են դարձրել այն հանգամանքին, որ մի շարք կազմակերպություններ, այդ թվում իսլամական, մտադիր են սեպտեմբերի 30-ին բողոքի ակցիա կազմակերպել՝ Բարկության ու բողոքի համաշխարհային օրվա հնգօրյա աղոթքների կապակցությամբ: «Բացառված չէ, որ նման միջոցառումը կարող է որոշ երկրներում ծայրահեղական տարրերի կողմից օգտագործվել Ռուսաստանի վրա հարձակումների ու նրա քաղաքացիների դեմ սադրանքների համար» - հավելել են ԱԳՆ-ում:
