Ներկայացնում ենք հինգ կարեւոր երեւույթ, որոնք կօգնեն փոխել կենսակերպն ու հայացքները։

1. Իմանալ հասկանալ եւ ներել դիմացինին

Կյանքում հաճախ է պատահում, երբ մենք չենք հասկանում դիմացինին, ուստի չենք կարողանում ներել նրան։ Սակայն ներելու ունակությունը շատ կարեւոր տեղ եւ էական դեր ունի մարդու կյանքում։ Առաջին հերթին պետք է սովորել ներել սեփական սխալները, չէ՞ որ անթերի մարդիկ չեն լինում։ Մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրն ամեն օր նոր բացահայտումներ է անում իր համար, տեղեկանում նոր երեւույթների մասին։ Կատարված սխալները արդեն անցյալում են եւ ոչինչ հնարավոր չէ փոխել։ Իսկ ինչու վիճել կամ մտահոգվել մի բան համար, որն արդեն չես կարող ուղղել։ Հետեւաբար, պետք է փորձել հասկանալ դիմացինին՝ մտածելով, թե դուք ինչպես կվարվեիք այդ պարագայում։ Հասկանալով նրան՝ ձեզ համար ավելի հեշտ կլինի ներել։

2. Հարգել դիմացինի որոշումը

Հաճախ շատ դժվար է տեսնել, թե որքան դժբախտ են մարդիկ։ Միանգամից նրանց օգնելու կամ խորհուրդ տալու ցանկություն է առաջանում, սակայն ոչ մեկը ուշադրություն չի դարձնում ձեր անկեղծ ցանկությանը։ Ուստի, պետք է հասկանալ, որ դա տվյալ մարդու ընտրությունն է եւ պետք է թույլ տալ նրան, ապրել այնպես, ինչպես նա է ցանկանում։

3. Խոստովանել գործած մեղքերը

Սեփական մեղքը հասկանալն ու խոստովանելը կարող է փրկել իրավիճակը, ինչն էլ կօգնի չկորցնել ձեզ համար հարազատ ու մտերիմ դարձած մեկին։ Սակայն միայն սեփական սխալների մասին բարձրաձայնելը բավարար չէ։ Հարկավոր է ջանալ, որպեսզի այդպիսի սխալներ այլեւս չկրկնեք ապագայում եւ կրկին նույն ցավը չպատճառեք դիմացինին։

4. Թույլ մի տվեք, որ վիճաբանությունը պատնեշ ստեղծի ձեր միջեւ

Չպետք է թույլ տալ, որ վիճաբանությունը պատնեշ եւ խոչընդոտ լինի ձեր հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման համար։ Հետեւաբար, վիճելիս առաջին հերթին պետք է հանգստանալ, դուրս գալ սենյակից ու միայնակ մնալ։ Եթե կա խնդիր, ուրեմն հարկավոր է այն հետաձգել մի ուրիշ օրվա։ Չի կարելի վիրավորել, հայհոյել դիմացինին կամ բռնություն կիրառել, քանի որ այսպես ավելի դժվար կլինի հարթել հարաբերությունները։

5. Մի վիրավորեք

Ինչպես նշվեց, չի կարելի վիրավորել ձեզ հարազատ եւ մտերիմ մարդկանց։ Չէ՞ որ վիրավորելով դուք ցույց եք տալիս ձեր անարգանքը։ Իսկ առանց հարգանքի սեր եւ մտերմություն չի կարող լինել երկուսի միջեւ։ Արդյունքում դուք կորցնելու եք ձեզ համար թանկ ու հարազատ մեկին։
