Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հեղինե Բիշարյանն այսօր Հարկային օրենսգրքի քննարկումից առաջ վարման կարգով ԱԺ պլենար նիստում հայտարարեց. «ՀՕ-ն երեկ քննարկվել դատարկ դահլիճում, այնինչ դա պետք է քննարկվեր բիզնեսմենի և կառավարության հետ: Սա չափազանց կարևոր փաստաթուղթ է տնտեսական քաղաքականության համար»:

Թերևս կարելի է միանշանակ համաձայնվել ձևակերպումների հետ և հավելել, որ ոչ միայն ցանկալի է, որ նիստերն անցնեն լիքը դահլիճներում, այլև ընթանան բուռն բանավեճերի և կառուցողական քննարկումներով: Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչ փաստաթուղթ և օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն է, այն պետք է անցնի հանգամանալից և հիմարար քննարկում:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ԸՕ-ի` նախօրեի քննարկմանն արդեն նշել եմ, որ ուղղակի խայտառակություն տիրեց և տնտեսական Սահմանադրությանն անդրադարձան ընդամենը 5 հոգի, որորնցից, ի դեպ, երկուսն էին մասնագետներ:

 

Պետք է նշեմ, որ երեկ դատարկ էր նաև ՕԵԿ խմբակցության աթոռները և պատգամավորի այօրվա բոցաշունչ ելույթն այդքան էլ տրամաբանական չէր և հիմնազուրկ: Եթե խոսեցին այն մասին, որ ծավալուն փաստաթուղթ է և պատգամավորները չեն հասցրել ծանոթանալ, միանգամից հիշեցի պրոֆեսոր Բագրատյանին, երբ երեկ նշեց, թե ամբողջ գիշեր չի քնել և ծանոթացել է օրենսգրքի փոփոխություններին: Ասել է, թե եթե շատ ցանկություն լիներ ամբողջ թիմով կարելի էր հանգիստ ծանոթանալ և ներկայացնել առաջարկներ կամ ընդդիմանալ այս կամ այն թեզին: Հակառակ դեպքում միայն ելույթ ունենալն այնքան էլ արդյունավետ ու շնորհակալ գործ չէ:
