Որոշ մասնագետներ պնդում են, որ գլխի ամենօրյա լվացումը ստիպում է ճարպագեղձերին ավելի ակտիվ աշխատել՝ մազերն ավելի յուղոտ դարձնելով հաշված ժամերի ընթացքում:
Արդյո՞ք այդպես է դա իրականում՝ պատմում են բժիշկները:
Կարելի՞ է արդյոք մազերը լվանալ ամեն օր
Լվացեք այնքան, որքան հարկավոր է
Ամենից առաջ, ամեն մեկն ինքը պետք է ընտրի գլուխ լվանալու հաճախականությունը: Սիրո՞ւմ եք մաքուր մազեր, լվացեք ամեն օր: Մազերը հավաքում եք, ինչ-որ սանրվածք եք անում և վստահ չե՞ք դրանց մաքրության մեջ, լվացեք 3-4 օրը մեկ:
Բնականաբար կարիք չկա մազերը հավաքել, պաշտպանել թրջվելուց լոգանք ընդունելիս, բայց և լվանալ մազերն ավելի հաճախ, քան անհրաժեշտ է, քան դրանք պահանջում են՝ նույնպես պետք չէ:
Ամենօրյա լվացում` կանոններով
Որպեսզի մազերի ամենօրյա լվացումը վնաս չհասցնի մազերին, պետք է շամպուն ընտրելիս շատ ուշադիր լինել: Այն պետք է համապատասխանի մազերի տեսակին և լավ որակ ունենա: Հիշե՛ք, մազերն ամեն օր լվանալու դեպքում խորհուրդ չի տրվում յուղոտ մազերի համար շամպուն օգտագործել: Նման շամպունը չի կարելի օգտագործել շաբաթական երկու անգամից ավել:
Մազերն ամեն օր լվանալու դեպքում, անպայման օգտագործեք մազերի համար նախատեսված բալզամ և դիմակ. Դրանք պաշտպանում են մազերն արտաքին ազդեցությունից, սնուցում են մազերն ամբողջ երկայնքով և չեզոքացնում են ջրի կոշտ ազդեցությունը, որը մազերը չորացնում է: Ի դեպ, ջրի տաքության աստիճանը պետք է սառին մոտ լինի:
Տաք ջուրը խթանում է ճարպագեղձերի աշխատանքին, որի հետևանքով մազերը շուտ են կեղտոտվում: Նման արդյունք է լինում տաք վարսահարդարիչ օգտագործելու դեպքում:
Եվ վերջում, ամեն օր գլուխը լվանալու դեպքում շամպունը քսեք միայն մազարմատներին: Ավելի չոր ծայրերը բավական է միայն մաքրաջրել:
Բժիշկների պնդմամբ, ամեն օր պետք է լվանալ յուղոտ մազերը: Նորմալ մազերը բավական է լվանալ 2-3 օրը մեկ: Իսկ չոր մազերը պետք է լվանալ 5 օրը մեկ:
Իսկ ահա շաբաթը մեկ անգամ լվանալու մասին, այն էլ լոգանք ընդունելիս, պետք է մոռանալ:
