Կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից, զենքի գործադրմամբ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պարեկապահակետային ծառայության գնդի տարածք մուտք գործելու, նշված ստորաբաժանման վարչական շենքը, հարակից տարածքը զավթելու և պահելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի կողմից 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ի 28-ին կայացված որոշումներով հանցագործության կատարմանն օժանդակելու համար մեղադրվող Սուրիկ Պետրոսյանի և Մհեր Մազմանյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոփոխվել է, և նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ վերացել է նրանց կալանքի տակ պահելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Նույն օրը կայացված որոշումների պատճեններն ուղարկվել են նախաքննության մարմնին և կալանավորվածներին պահելու վայրի վարչակազմին՝ կատարումն ապահովելու նպատակով:
