ԵԱՏՀ-ի ընդունած որոշմամբ՝ պահանջվում Է վերացնել ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների փոխադարձ առեւտրի արգելքը

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի (ԵԱՏՀ) կոլեգիայի սեպտեմբերի 27-ի նիստում ընդունվել Է որոշում, որն ուղղված Է Միության երկրների փոխադարձ առեւտրի բնագավառում արգելքի վերացմանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդագրությանը, այն վերաբ երում Է պետական սահմանով տեղափոխվող ապրանքների վերահսկողության լրացուցիչ ընթացակարգի վերացմանը, որը սահմանվել Էր Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշմամբ:
2015 թվականի հունիսի 30-ի «Պետական սահմանի անցման կտրոնի տրամադրման ձեւի եւ կարգի հաստատման մասին» թիվ 427 որոշումը նախատեսում Է, որ Ղրղզստանի սահմանի պահպանության ոլորտում լիազոր պետական մարմնի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման աշխատակիցն իրավունք ունի վերահսկելու փոխադրվող բեռի (ապրանքի) համապատասխանությունը կտրոնում փոխադրողի կողմից նշված տեղեկություններին: Ինչն, ըստ Էության, համարժեք Է մաքսային վերահսկողությանը:
«Այս ձեւով վերահսկողության իրականացումն արգելակում Է Միության երկրների միջեւ ապրանքների ազատ տեղափոխմանը եւ չի համապատասխանում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պայմանագրին: Իր որոշմամբ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը Ղրղզստանին ծանուցում Է Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշումը կիրառելիս Միության մասին պայմանագրի դրույթների կատարման անհրաժեշտության մասին»,- ասված Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ղրղզստանի կառավարությանն առաջարկվել Է ընդունված որոշման ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրվանից 10 օրացուցային օրում Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովին իրազեկել այն միջոցառումների մասին, որոնք ուղղված են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պայմանագրի դրույթների կատարմանը:
Ներքին շուկաների, ինֆորմատիզացիայի, տեղակատվա-հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների գծով կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Կարինե Մինասյանը նշել Է. «Ընդունված որոշումը կոչված Է ապահովելու ապրանքների ազատ տեղափոխումը Մության երկրների միջեւ՝ առանց փոխադարձ առեւտրի բնագավառում այնպիսի սահմանափակիչ միջոցների կիրառման, ինչպիսին պետական սահմանով տեղափոխվող ապրանքների վերահսկողության լրացուցիչ վարչական ընթացակարգերի սահմանումն Է»:
