Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպանը հայտարարել է, որ 200 միլիոն դոլար վարկի զենքի մատակարարումը սկսվել է, և չի մոռացել ընդգծել, որ սա ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տալիս հայ-ռուսական «դաշնակցային», «եղբայրական» հարաբերությունները։ Դե ինչ, լավ է ուշ քան երբեք, բայց ապրիլյան պատերազմից անմիջապես հետո, երբ ողջ հայ հասարակությունը շունչը պահած սպասում էր առաջնագծում ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսմանը, իսկ մեր պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների, հանձնաժաղովների ներկայացուցիչները մի քանի անգամ Մոսկվայում էին հայտվում և պարբերաբար խնդրում էին արագացնել զենքի մատակարարումը, Մոսկվան մի փամփուշտ անգամ չէր ուղարկում Հայաստան։ Հիմար պետք է լինել, չհասկանալու համար, թե ինչպես էր ՌԴ-ն այդ օրերին խաղում առաջնագծում իրավիճակի պայթյունավտնագության ու հայկական կողմի շտապողականության վրա, ևս մեկ անգամ մեզ ցույց տալու համար, որ ինքն է Արցախյան հակամարտության տերը, իսկ Հայաստանի ռազամական ներուժի ու սպառազինության մակարդակն էլ իր «բար» կամքից է կախված։ 
Հիմա, երբ գոնե պատերազմի վերսկսման հավանականությունը ամռան համեմատ գնալով թուլանում է, ՌԴ-ն որոշեց, որ այլևս կարիք չկա իր «հավատարիմ շնիկ» Հայաստանին սպասման մեջ պահել։

Սրանք դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ, ցավոք, չեն։ Դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների օրինակ է՝ ԱՄՆ-ի իր պատմության մեջ ամենամեծ ռազմական՝ 38 միլիարդ դոլարի օգնությունը Իսրայելին (ուշադրություն՝ օգնությունը, ոչ թե վարկի դիմաց տրվող սպառազինությունը)։ Իսկ ՌԴ-ն նույնիսկ վարկային պայմանագիրը չզլացավ շահարկել՝ ցույց տալու Հայաստանի կախվածությունը իրենից։
