«ՀԺ». Հայկական կոնյակը ՌԴ-ում չի սպառվում, բայց արտադրողներին ստիպում են արտահանել

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր տեղեկություններով, Հայաստանի կոնյակ արտադրող շատ ընկերություններ հայտնվել են ֆինանսական ծանր կացության մեջ: Մասնավորապես, նրանք մեծ քանակությամբ կոնյակ են արտահանել Ռուսաստան, սակայն չեն ստացել դրա դիմաց վճարումները:

«Խոսքը միլիոնավոր դոլարների մասին է: Պաշտոնական վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ Հայաստանից սպիրտային խմիչքների արտահանման ծավալները այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում, անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, աճել են մոտ 80 տոկոսով:

Բայց դա ամենեւին չի նշանակում, որ արտահանված խմիչքը սպառվել է: Այդ նույն ժամանակահատվածում արտադրությունը աճել է միայն 8 տոկոսով: Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ արտադրողները արտահանում են իրենց պահեստներում կուտակված ապրանքը, սակայն նորը չեն արտադրում, քանի որ, մեր կոնյակի հիմնական շուկա  ՌԴ-ում արդեն արտահանված կոնյակի սպառումը նվազել է:

Համառ լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ կոնյակ արտադրողներին իշխանությունը ստիպում է արտահանել կոնյակը, անկախ նրանից՝ վաճառվում է, թե ոչ: Այդ «հորդորներին» ընդդիմացողին էլ սպառնում են տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով զրկել լիցենզիայից:

Ու ստացվում է, որ արտադրողները կոնյակը արտահանում ու պահեստավորում են այլ երկրում: Բայց փոխարենը ստանում ենք արտահանման արհեստական աճ»:
