Վարդան Պետրոսյանը թատրոնից աշխատանքի հրավեր է ստացել

Հինգ տարվա ազատազարկման ենթարկված դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանը հետագա պատիժը` մոտ երեք տարի, կրելու բաց ռեժիմով, որի ընթացքում մտադիր է զբաղվել դերասանական–պրոդյուսերական գործունեությամբ։  Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Վարդան Պետրոսյանի փաստաբան Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանը` նշելով, որ դերասանն արդեն թատրոնում աշխատելու հրավեր է ստացել` չնշելով, սակայն, թատրոնի անունը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 2–ին Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում կայացրեց դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանի պատիժը բաց ռեժիմով կրելու մասին: Նույն օրը երեկոյան դերասանը «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից տեղափոխվել է ժամանակավոր կացարան, որտեղ ՀՀ քրեակատարողական վարչության հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ նա հետագա պատիժը բաց ռեժիմով կկրի: Իսկ պատիժը բաց ռեժիմով կրել հնարավոր է միայն այն պարագայում, երբ Պետրոսյանի հետ կնքվի աշխատանքային պայմանագիր:

Նշենք, որ բաց տիպի ՔԿՀ կալանավորները աշխատանք ունենալու դեպքում առավոտյան ժամը 8-ից մինչև երեկոյան ժամը 20.00-ն դուրս են գալիս քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից եւ երեկոյան սահմանված ժամին վերադառնում ՔՀԿ` գիշերելու։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2013 թ. հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, ժամը 21:20-ին Եղվարդ-Երեւան մայրուղու 32-րդ կմ-ում երկու ավտոմեքենա իրար էին բախվել: Պատահարի հետեւանքով 7 մարդ մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց, այդ թվում՝ դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանը: Ավելի ուշ Էդգար եւ Էդուարդ Հակոբյան եղբայրները մահացել էին:

Փաստի առիթով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով: Վարդան Պետրոսյանը ձերբակալվել էր: Դատաքննությունը սկսվեց 2014 թվականի մարտի 12-ին: Հայաստանի Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2015թ. հունվարի 29-ին մեղավոր ճանաչեց Վարդան Պետրոսյանին՝ նրան դատապարտելով 5 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման:
