ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունում սեպտեմբերի 27-ին տեղի է ունեցել լիցենզիաների տրամադրման գործընթացը պարզեցնելու նպատակով ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբի ամփոփիչ նիստը։ Նիստի աշխատանքներին մասնակցում էին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը, նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը, աշխատանքային խմբի անդամները, նախարարության համապատասխան վարչությու նների մասնագետներ, շահագրգիռ կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ։ Քննարկմանը հրավիրված էին նաև «ՋիՋի» և «Մոբի» առցանց տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները, ոլորտին առնչվող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների այլ ներկայացուցիչներ։ Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Վահ ան Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ նմանատիպ հանդիպումները շատ կարևոր են, քանի որ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերը հնարավորություն ունեն ներկայացնելու իրենց առաջարկությունները և տեսակետները:

Քննարկման ընթացքում առաջարկություններով հանդես եկան «Ավտովարորդների իրավունքների պաշտպանության լիգա» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը, «Հայաստանի սպառողների ասոցիացիա» ՀԿ նախագահ Արմեն Պողոսյանը, Հայաստանի տաքսի ծառայությունների գործատուների ճյուղային միության նախագահ Վահագն Սահակյանը և այլք։ Ներկայացված առաջարկությունները վերաբերում էին առցանց (օնլայն) տաքսի ծառայության պատվերներ իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների և նրանց ծառայություններից օգտվող սուբյեկտների կարգավիճակի հստակեցմանը, տաքսի ծառայությունների մատուցման որակին, անվտանգությանը, հավասար դաշտում աշխատելու հնարավորություններին:

Կարևորելով նիստի ընթացքում բարձրացված հարցերը՝ ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը շեշտեց, որ ոլորտում իրականացվող փոփոխություններն ուսումնասիրությունների և շարունակական վերլուծության կարիք ունեն: «Համոզված եմ, որ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումները պետք է լինեն մշտական՝ հետագա քննարկումներին ընդգրկելով հնարավորին շատ շահագրգիռ այլ անձանց և կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների: Բոլորը պետք է աշխատեն հավասար դաշտում. դա առաջին պայմանն է, որին պետք է ձգտել»,-շեշտեց նախարարը:

Վ. Մարտիոսյանը նշեց, որ աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության ընթացքում ձևավորված առաջարկությունները քննարկվելուց և մշակվելուց հետո կներառվեն օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթում: Նիստի ընթացքում ամփոփվեցին նախորդ նիստերի և աշխատանքային հանդիպումների ընթացքում ներկայացված առաջարկությունները»:
