C վիտամինով հարուստ կիտրոնի հյութը պետք է քսել սպիի վրա: Դա կօգնի կանխել գերաճման գործընթացը, կթուլացնի և ավելի բաց գույն կհաղորդի մաշկին: Օգտագործեք կիտրոնի հյութն ամեն օր՝ մինչ արդյունքը տեսնեք:
2 Ալոե
Սա հիանալի միջոցի է նոր մաշկի առաջացման համար: Ալոեի հյութի մեջ կա մեծ քանակությամբ C և E վիտամիններ, որոնք հակաօքսիդանտներ են հանդիսանում, երիտասարդացնում և բուժում են մաշկը:
3 Ասպիրին
Ասպիրինի երկու հաբ փոշիացրեք, ավելացրեք մեկ կաթիլ ջուր, որպեսզի խիտ մածուկ դառնա: Քսեք սպիի վրա: Երբ մածուկը չորանա, լվացեք ջրով: Կրկնեք այս գործողությունն ամեն օր:
