Վիեննայում սեպտեմբերի 26-ին մեկնարկեց ՄԱԿ-ի Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության գլխավոր կոնֆերանսի 60-րդ նստաշրջանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԷԲՊՆ աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Կոնֆերանսին մասնակցում է Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը՝ ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանի գլխավորությամբ: Պատվիրակության կազմում են Վիեննայում տեղակայված միջազգային կազմակերպություններում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ, Ավստրիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Արման Կիրակոսյանը, ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Արեգ Գալստյանը, ՀՀ ԿԱ միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վանիկ Ներսիսյանը, ՀՀ նախագահին կից ատոմային էներգիայի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար, «Հայատոմ» ՓԲÔ ¸-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Վահրամ Պետրոսյանը, հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Մովսես Վարդանյանը, ինչպես նաև՝ ոլորտի այլ մասնագետներ:

Կարևորելով ԱԷՄԳ դերը միջուկային էներգիայի խաղաղ օգտագործման բնագավառում՝ Հայաստանի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Ա. Մանուկյանը իր ելույթում գոհունակություն հայտնեց ԱԷՄԳ-ի հետ ՀՀ երկարատև և արդյունավետ համագործակցության, հատկապես՝ ՀԱԷԿ-ի անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման գործընթացում ԱԷՄԳ դերակատարության և ցուցաբերած աջակցության կապակցությամբ:

Գլխավոր կոնֆերանսի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ ունեցավ ՌԴ պատվիրակության, Եվրատոմի, ԱՄՆ էներգետիկայի դեպարտամենտի ներկայացուցիչների, ԱԷՄԳ ֆիզիկական պաշտպանության վարչության աշխատակիցների, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ պատվիրակությունների հետ: Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվեցին հետագա համագործակցության հարցեր, միջուկային էներգիայի զարգացման, անվտանգության ապահովմանն առնչվող խնդիրներ:
