Հայաստանի տուրիզմի ոլորտի աշխատողների համար իրենց մասնագիտական տոնը նշելը մեծ նվաճում է

Զբոսաշրջության համաշխարհային օրը 1980 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից ի վեր նշվում է ամեն տարի: Տոնի նպատակն ի սկզբանե եղել է տուրիզմի տարածումը, համաշխարհային տնտեսության մեջ դրա ունեցած ավանդի լուսաբանումը, տուրիզմի միջոցով արդյունաբերության զարգացումն ու տարբեր պետությունների հետ կապերի հաստատումն ու ամրապնդումը: Այն կոչված է համաշխարհային հանրության ուշադրությունը սևեռելու զբոսաշրջության կարեւորության, դրա սոցիալակա ն, մշակութային եւ տնտեսական նշանակության վրա: Սա յուրաքանչյուրի տոնն է, ով գեթ մեկ անգամ ճանապարհորդել է՝ դուրս գալով առօրյա հոգսերից: Հետաքրքրական է, որ աշխարհում զբոսաշրջության առաջին գործակալությունը բացվել է Թոմաս Կուկի կողմից 1841-ին։
Հայաստանի ներգնա տուրօպերատորների միության նախագահ Ռոբերտ Մինասյանի խոսքով՝ տուրիզմի ոլորտի աշխատողների համար իրենց մասնագիտական տոնը նշելը մեծ նվաճում էր:
«Հայաստանն էլ է անդամակցում համաշխարհային տուրիստական կազմակերպությանը, հետևաբար մենքէլ ենք նշում, բայց ճիշտ կլինի, որ մենք այդ օրը դարձնենք մասնագիտական տոն, ինչպես օրինակշինարարի տոնն ենք նշում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ նշեց Մինասյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում տուրիզմի զարգացման առաջընթացին՝ Մինասյանը նշում է, որ Հայաստանը շատ լավ երկիր է տուրիզմի զարգացման համար բազմաթիվ երկրներից առաջ է իր պատմամշակութային ժառանգությամբ, հյուրընկալությամբ, անվտանգությամբ, սակայն այդ բոլորը մենք լիարժեք չենք օգտագործում:
«Այսօր ինձ համար ուրախալի է, որ տոնը նշում ենք այն ժամանակ, երբ Կառավարությանը կից կստեղծվիտուրիզմի կոմիտե: Նոր Կառավարությունը խիստ խնդիր է դրել, և վարչապետն իր ելույթում ասաց, որ մենքշատ հարցերում, մեր հարևան երկրներից ետ ենք ընկել, այնինչ ժաանակին մենք եղել էինք առաջատար:Դա կադրեր չպատրաստելու հետևանքն է: Դոնոր երկրների հետ ճիշտ աշխատանք մենք պետք է տանենք: Իսկ մեր վարչապետը պահանջ է դնում.« Ով կարող է թող աշխատի ևկստանա իր շնորհակալությունը պետությունից»,- շեշտեց Մինասյանը և հավելեց, որ տուրիզմը գործուեություն է՝ ինդուստրիա, որը պետք է երկրին բերի զարգացում՝ նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում: Մինասյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ մեկ զբոսաշրջիկը ցանկացած երկրում նպաստում է հարակից ոլորտներում 3-5 աշխատատեղի ստեղծմանը, ինչպես նաև երկրի տնտեսության զարգացմանը 53 ուղղություններով:
«Մեզ պետք է, որ տուրիզմից ստացված գումարը երկրի բյուջեն լցվի, որպեսզի երկիրը նորից այդ գումարը ներդնի վերջինիս զարգացման համար»,- նշեց Հայաստանի ներգնա տուրօպերատորների միության նախագահ Ռոբերտ Մինասյանը:
