1. Մարդիկ իրենք են պահանջում ընտրակաշառք
Այո՛, կա նման բան: Բնակչության մեծ մասը կա՛մ աղքատ է, կա՛մ ծայրահեղ աղքատ: Հիմնականում հենց այս հատվածում էլ ցածր է քաղաքացիական գիտակցությունը: Ե՛վ աղքատության համար, և՛ ցածր քաղաքացիական կրթության համար պատասխանատու է իշխանությունը: Թեկնածուները, փոխարենը «լավություն» անողի դեմքով սկսեն ընտրակաշառք բաժանելը, պետք է ձերբազատվեն պարտվելու վախերից ու լծվեն գաղափարական և ստեղծագործ պայքարի՝ ընտրողներին ցույց տալով, որ մեծամասնության կողմից ընտրվածի ուժը բավարար է, որ իրենց այդ արվելիք «լավությունը» իրականացվի ոչ թե 5 տարին մեկ անգամ, այլ ամեն ամիս: Դե էլ չեմ ասում, որ ընտրակաշառք բաժանողները պարտադրում են, որ քվեաթերթիկը նկարեն ու ապացուցեն, որ ընտրել են:
2. Ապացույցներ չկան
Իհարկե, ապացույցներ հավաքելը շատ բարդ է: Սովորաբար ընտրակաշառքների ցուցակները բավականին մեծ են լինում, դրանք պարունակում են հազարավոր քաղաքացիների տվյալներ: Եթե դիտորդները կամ վստահված անձինք ունեն ընդամենը 5-6 դեպքի ապացույց, դա դեռևս չի նշանակում, որ ընտրակաշառքները եղել են ընդամենը 5-6 դեպքում: Մեր նման փոքր երկրում, նույնիսկ ճանճի տզզոցն է արագ իմացվում: Այս հարցը ոչ թե դատաիրավական հարց է, այլ քաղաքական:
Եթե Վանաձորում ու Գյումրիում նախատեսված է ընտրակաշառքների բաժանում, ապա դա տեղի է ունենալու հենց այս շաբաթ: Միայն կենտրոնական իշխանությունները կարող են խիստ հրահանգել և պահանջել մաքուր քվեարկություն: Եթե դա տեղի չունենա, կիմանան բոլորը, իսկ ԱԺ ընտրություններից առաջ դա ոչ իշխանությանն է պետք, ոչ էլ մեր երկրին:
