Ժամանակին, ասենք, գավառական քաղաքների քաղաքապետի թեկնածուները իրենց նախընտրական ծրագրերում կամ կատարված աշխատանքների մեջ գրում էին, որ իմ օրոք իքս քաղաքում միացվեցին, օրինակ, Վիվա Սելլ-ի անտենաները (ռեալ դեպք եմ ասում): Կապ չունի, չէ՞, որ այդ անտենաներ տեղադրող ընկերությունը այդ քաղաքապետի մասին չի էլ լսել, մարդը իր օրոք կատարված ամեն ինչ իրեն է վերագրում:

Պարզվում է՝ իշխանության վերին էշելոններում ևս այդպիսի համախտանիշ կա: Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը օրերս հայտարարել է, որ առաջին եռամսյակում ունեցել ենք ՀՆԱ–ի 2,5 տոկոս, իսկ երկրորդ եռամսյակում 5,1 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ, արդյունքում ունենք շուրջ 4 տոկոս կիսամյակային տնտեսական աճ: Արտերկրից եկող տրանսֆերտների էական նվազման պարագայում հատկապես կարևորվում է գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտում արձանագրված աճը, որը լրջորեն մեղմում է արտաքին գործոններով պայմանավորված մեր քաղաքացիների գնողունակության կորուստը, ինչպես նաև մեր արտահանման բազմազանությունը:

Ուշադրություն դարձրեք այս բարեբաստիկ լուրի առավել խորքերին՝ ՀՆԱ-ն ու տնտեսությունը գրեթե ՛՛բարեբար՛՛ աճել են: Վարչապետը, սակայն, մոռանում է բացատրել, թե ինչու է դա այդպես: Բանն այն է, որ տարին բարենպաստ է եղել գյուղատնտեսության համար, բնությունը բարի ու առատաձեռն է գտնվել և ոլորտում աննախադեպ աճ է արձանագրվել: Քանի որ գյուղատնտեսությունը չի հարկվում՝ ոլորտից ստացված հասույթը վերածվում է համախառն ներքին արդյունքի, սակայն հարկերի տեսքով բյուջե մուտքեր չեն կատարվում: Արդյունքում, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ գյուղացին որոշակի աճ է ունենում տնտեսության մեջ, պետությունը դրանից հարկային եկամուտներ չի ստանում, հետևաբար աբսուրդ է խոսել տնտեսության աճի մասին:

Այնպես որ՝ գեղեցիկ թվեր նկարելով պետություն չի զարգանա, ոչ էլ հաց ուտելիս մտքում պանիր պատկերացնելով՝ պանրի համ կառնես...

Այսպես էլ ապրում ենք՝ Աստծո կամոք և բնության քմահաճույքին... Միգուցե Աստծու՞ն խնդրենք, որպեսզի փթթեն ու ծաղկեն արդյունաբերությունն ու արտաքին տրանսֆերտները:

Չէ՞ որ այսպիսի կառավարիչների պարագայում այսպես թե այնպես Աստծո հույսին ենք ապրում...
