ՊԲ հյուսիս-արեւելյան դիրքերից մեկում սեպտեմբերի 7-ին մահացած 19-ամյա Արման Ղանդիլյանի գործով մեկ անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասինNEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց մահացածի հայրը` Ալիկ Ղանդիլյանը:

«Ես ստացել եմ տեղեկագիր, ըստ որի ժամկետային զինծառայող Հայկ Սեյրանյանը, որպես դիտորդ նշանակված լինելով հերթապահության,

մարտական հերթապահության կանոնները խախտելով թուլացրել է աչալրջությունը եւ դիտորդի պարտականությունները կատարել ոչ առույգ, դրա հետեւանքով չի տեսել մյուս դիտորդ Արման Ղանդիլյանին խրամատի աջ մասում կառուցված խրամաբջիջ բարձրանալիս ու քիչ անց նկատելով հողափմբի վրա Ղանդիլյանի գլխի սիլուետը, առանց նշանաբան պահանջելու  կրակահրեթ է արձակել նրա ուղղությամբ»,- պատմեց զինծառայողի հայրը` նշելով, որ որդին, ըստ քննության տվյալների` մահացել է ձախ այտի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքից:  

Արման Ղանդիլյանի հայրը, այնուամենայնիվ, կասկածներ ունի, որ որդուն դիտավորյալ սպանել են:

«Էդ տղան ասել է` վախից խփել է, իմացել է, թե թուրք է: Բայց կասկածում եմ,  որ տենց չի եղել: Դրանից մի 20 օր առաջ երեխու մոտից փող էին գողացել, իրեր էին գողացել: Կասկածում եմ` վեճեր են առաջացել, որը տեղափոխվել է դիրք»,- ասաց Ալիկ Ղանդիլյանը:

Զինծառայողի հայրը նշեց, որ մինչեւ վերջ պայքարելու է արդարության հասնելու համար:

1997թ. ծնված Արման Ղանդիլյանը ձախ այտի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորում էր ստացել սեպտեմբերի 7-ին՝ ժամը 01:30-ի սահմանում: ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հրամանագրով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանը պաշտպանելիս ցուցաբերած արիության համար Արման  Ղանդիլյանը հետմահու պարգեւատրվել է «Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալով:

Արմեն Ղանդիլյանը Գավառ քաղաքի բնակիչ էր, ընտանիքի միակ զավակը: Նա մեկ տարի առաջ էր զորակոչվել բանակ:
