Ադրբեջանում սահմանադրական հանրաքվեին մասնակցել է ընտրողների շուրջ 63 տոկոսը

Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը հայտարարել է, որ Բաքվի ժամանակով 17:00-ի դրությամբ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեին երկրում մասնակցել է ընտրողների 63.6 տոկոսը: Վկայակոչելով «Ռիա Նովոստի»-ն, այս մասին հայտարարությունն արել է Ադրբեջանի ԿԸՀ տեղեկատվական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ֆարիդ Օրուջևը` շեշտելով, որ թվային արտահայտմամբ այն կազմում 3 մլն 348 հազար ընտրող:
Ադրբեջանում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցով հանրաքվեն անց է կացվում կոպտագույն խախտումներով: «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը հայտնում է, որ գրանցվել են միևնույն ընտրողների կողմից տարբեր ընտրատեղամասերում մի քանի անգամ քվեարկելու փաստեր:
Կան տվյալներ Խըրդալան քաղաքի ընտրատեղամասում ծրարներով քվեաթերթիկներ լցոնելու մասին:
Ընդդիմադիր «Մուսավաթ» կուսակցությունը քվեարկության ընթացքի մոնիթորինգի արդյունքում պարզել է, որ դպրոցի ուսուցիչները հանձնարարում են երեխաների ծնողներին մասնակցել քվեարկությանը մոտակա ընտրատեղամասերում` անկախ այն փաստից, թե որտեղ են նրանք գրանցված: Յուրաքանչյուր ուսուցիչ պետք է ապահովի վեց ծնողի մասնակցություն:
Երրորդ ընտրատեղամասում պաշտոնապես գրանցվել է հանրաքվեին մասնակցած 343, իսկ հինգերորդ ընտրատեղամասում` 430 մարդ, սակայն դիտորդները գրանցել են միայն 8 և 5 ընտրողների:
Ապշերոնյան ընտրական շրջանում քաղաքացիներին բարձրախոսների միջոցով են կանչում հանրաքվեին մասնակցելու:
