Հայաստանի բուհերի արհեստակցական կազմակերպությունների ճյուղային հանրապետական միության նախագահ Գառնիկ Վաղարշակյանը բաց նամակով դիմել է վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին:

«Բարձրագույն կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծի աշխատանքային տարբերակը առաջիկայում կդրվի հանրային քննարկման:

Հայաստանի բուհերի արհեստակցական կազմակերպությունների ճյուղային հանրապետական միությունը կարևորում է ժողովրդավարական, սոցիալական, իրավական երկրում արհմիության դերակատարումը գործատու-աշխատող փոխհարաբերություններում: Այդ կապակցությամբ 24.08.2016թ. ճյուղային հանրապետական միության կողմից նամակ է ուղարկվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարար պարոն Լևոն Մրկտչյանին, որում ներկայացվել են մեր որոշակի առաջարկությունները հիշյալ նախագծի վերաբերյալ:

25.08.2016թ. թիվ 03-01/2 գրությամբ Հայաստանի Արհմիությունների Կոնֆեդերացիայի նախագահը վերը հիշատակված օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ նամակ է հղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին:

Վերը հիշատակված նամակներում արհմիությունները կարևորել են բուհերում աշխատողների սոցիալական շահերի պաշտպանությունը և բուհերի կառավարման մարմիններում արհեստակցական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների դերակատարումը:

Մինչ օրս ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության կողմից չի ստացվել պատասխան վերը հիշատակված «Բարձրագույն կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծի շուրջ և հնարավորություն չի ստեղծվել, որպեսզի արհմիությունները մասնակցություն ունենան աշխատանքային խմբում:
