Իշխանության պարտադրված բարեփոխումները

Ժոռա Խաչատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Չկա մի պետություն, որտեղ բոլորը գոհ լինեն իշխանությունից, սակայն Հայաստանում դժգոհությունների թիվը փաստ է, որ փոքր թիվ չի կազմում: Վերջին տարիներին իրականացվող փոփոխությունները չէին տալիս այն արդյունքը, որը ակնկալում էր հասարակությունը:
Պետական ապարատի պատասխանատուները թե՛ իրենց աշխատանքով, և թե՛ հանրության շրջանում կերտած իրենց կերպարներով ուղղակի վստահություն չէին առաջացնում:
Լրջագույն փոփոխությունների բացակայությունը կարող էր լուրջ վտանգ հանդիսանալ գործող իշխանության համար: Թվում է` վերջիններս հասկացան խնդրի ողջ լրջությունը, ինչի վառ ապացույցն է պետական կառավարման ապարատում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները:
Լուրջ կադրերի ներգավումը, համակարգային փոփոխություններն ու հանրության մոտ բացասական կերպարներ ունեցողների հեռացումը պետական ապարատից կարելի անվանել իշխանության հարկադրված բարեփոխումներ:
Այս դրական գործընթացների իրական «մեղավորը» հանրությունն է, որը բազմիցս ատամ էր ցույց տվել իշխանություններին:
