Արարատցին մանրադրամի դիմաց պարբերաբար սեռական գործողություն է կատարել 6-ամյա աղջկա նկատմամբ

Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է Հ. Գ.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
Չափահաս տղամարդը՝ Հ. Գ.-ն մեղադրվում է մանկահասակ՝ 6 տարեկան աղջնակի նկատմամբ 4 դրվագով անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 139 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Հ.Գ.-ն, օգտվելով 6 տարեկան մանկահասակ աղջնակի անօգնական վիճակից, այն բանից, որ երեխան «չի հասկանում իր գործողությունների բնույթն ու նշանակությունը, իր նկատմամբ կատարվող գործողություններին դիմադրելու, դրանցից պաշտպանվելու անհրաժեշտությունը, սեռական կրքերին հագուրդ տալու նպատակով» մանրադրամ տալու խոստումով ու մանրադրամ տալով՝ հետաքրքրել է երեխային, կանչել է իրենց բակ, ապա տարել է իրենց տնամերձ հողամասի վերջնամասում գտնվող ծառերի տակ, հանել է իր անդամը ու համոզել է, որ երեխան ձեռք տա և այլն… Ինքը՝ Հ. Գ.-ն էլ ձեռք է տվել երեխայի սեռական օրգաններին…
2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 15-ից մինչև սեպտեմբերի 8-ը Հ. Գ.-ն վեցամյա աղջնակի նկատմամբ այս կարգի չորս ոտնձգություն է կատարել:
Վերջին դրվագով՝ Հ. Գ.-ն երեխայի ուշադրությունը, ըստ մեղադրանքի, գրավել է՝ երեխայի տան տանիքին քար նետելու միջոցով, ապա գլխի շարժումով երեխային հասկացրել է, որ նա գնա հողամասի վերջնամասում գտնվող ծառերի տակ: Այնտեղ նորից մանրադրամ է տվել երեխային ու կատարել է նույն անառակաբարո գործողությունները:
