Ճապոնիայում օտարերկրացիների համար կստեղծեն վտանգներից նախազգուշացման համակարգ

Ճապոնիայի իշխանությունները մշակում են տարերային աղետներից նախազգուշացման համակարգ օտարերկրացիների համար, հայտնում է TASS-ը: Այն կստանա L-Alert անվանումը՝ նման արդեն գործող J-Alert համակարգի անվանմանը:
Համապատասխան նախազգուշացումը կհաղորդվի հեռուստատեսությամբ, ռադիոյով և բջջային հեռախոսներով: Օրինակ՝ օտարերկրյա զբոսաշրջիկները տեղեկատվություն կստանան մոտակա ապաստարանների մասին, ինչպես նաև խորհուրդներ տարհանման մասին:
Այդ խնդրին մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում 2020 թվականի նախաշեմին, երբ Տոկիոն կընդունի Օլիմպիադան:
Ճապոնիան ենթակա է տարերային աղետների, քանի որ գտնվում է սեյսմիկ ակտիվ գոտում: Երկրագնդում տեղի ունեցող երկրաշարժերի նշանակալի մասը տեղի է ունենում Ճապոնիայում: Բացի դրանից՝ ամառային և աշնանային ամիսներին երկրի վրա հարձակվում են թայֆուններ՝ իրենց հետ բերելով փոթորկային քամիներ և ուժեղ անձրևներ:
