«Այն, ինչ առաջիկա աշնանը իսկապես կարող է լրջագույն պրոբլեմ դառնալ Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար Բադրամյան պողոտայի սցենարն է։ Նկատի ունենք եթե մի 15, 20 հազար երիտասարդ կանգնեն Բադրամյան պողոտայում և ասեն մենք այստեղից չենք գնա, քանի դեռ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման որոշումը վերջնականապես չեղյալ չարվի... Հա, նաև սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն չեղյալ արեք։

Մեկ տարի առաջ նման սցենար նույնիսկ չարժեր քննարկել, որովհետև դա անհնար ու անհավանական կթվար։ Բայց հիմա, հունիսի հայտնի իրադարձություններից հետո ոչ ոք նման սցենարը անհավանական համարել չի կարող, այն, ինչ մի անգամ եղել է, կարող է նորից տեղի ունենալ։ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի ամառային իրադարձությունների նախորդ օրերին ոչ մի բան չէր խոստանում, որ առաջիկայում նման դեպքեր են տեղի ունենալու։ Այն ժամանակ էլ երիտասարդների մի քանի խմբեր որոշակի ակտիվություն էին ցուցաբերում Երևանում, ու այդ ակտիվությունը ոչ մի լուրջ տպավորություն չէր թողնում և ավելի շատ նման էր երիտասարդական զբաղմունքի։

Բայց մի ինչ-որ պահի բոլորի համար անհասկանալի կերպով ամեն ինչ վերաճեց մի իրադարձության, որը ողջ աշխարհի լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացրեց Հայաստանի վրա։ Եվ ուրեմն Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար հիմա ամենամեծ հոգսը դա է թույլ չտալ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի դեպքերի կրկնությունը, և հաստատապես դա Հայաստանի «համապատասխան մարմինների» ուշադրության կենտրոնում է։

 Մյուս կողմից Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ամռանը տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ իրավապահ մարմինները կարող են անզոր գտնվել այդ պրոցեսները կառավարելու, կանխելու, կասեցնելու հարցում, և սրա մեջ է ամենամեծ վտանգը իշխանությունների համար»,–գրում է թերթը։
