Ստեփանակերտի հիմնադրման 93-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված տոնական միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու նպատակով Արցախում գտնվող Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Ստեփանակերտի գործընկերոջ հետ միասին ներկա է գտնվել Երևանի Փանոս Թերլեմեզյանի անվան գեղարվեստի պետական քոլեջի ուսանողների կողմից պատրաստված և ԼՂՀ մայրաքաղաքին նվիրաբերված տուֆակերտ 7 հարթաքանդակների ներկայացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: Հարկ է նշել, որ սույն ծրագիրը կյանքի է կոչվել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են Երևանի կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությունից։
Միջոցառմանը ներկա Երևանի Փանոս Թերլեմեզյանի անվան գեղարվեստի պետական քոլեջի տնօրեն Աննա Մնացականյան-Առուշանյանը նշել է, որ դրանցից յուրաքանչյուրն արտացոլում է մանրանկարչական մոտիվներ և առանձնակի խորհուրդ ունի իր մեջ:
Իր և բոլոր ստեփանակերտցիների անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին` գեղեցիկ հարթաքանդակները Ստեփանակերտին նվիրելու համար, քաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանը վստահեցրել է, որ դրանք, ըստ թեմատիկ առանձնահատկության, կտեղադրվեն ԼՂՀ մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում:
Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն էլ իր հերթին նկատել է, որ դրանք բոլորը միասին վերցրած, ըստ էության, Ստեփանակերտում Երևանի միասնական ներկայության ևս մեկ գեղեցիկ վկայությունը կդառնան:
Ի դեպ, դեռևս 2014թ. այս նախաձեռնության շրջանակում Արցախի մայրաքաղաքին արդեն իսկ նվիրաբերվել էր ևս 7 տուֆակերտ քանդակ, որոնք իրենց ուրույն տեղն են գտել Ստեփանակերտի տարբեր հատվածներում:
