Թուրք պատգամավորը մեջլիսում Աբդուլ Համիդին 2-րդին կոչել է բռնապետ և ընդդիմացել նրան նվիրված միջոցառումներին

Թուրքիայի մեջլիսի` «Ժողովրդահանրապետական» կուսակցությունից ընտրված պատգամավոր Մուրաթ Բաքանը բողոքել է արյունարբու սուլթան Աբդուլ Համիդի 174 ամյակին նվիրված «Աբդուլ Համիդի շաբաթ» անվանումով միջոցառման անցկացման դեմ:
Ըստ թուրքական «Haber10.com» հոկտեմբերի առաջին շաբաթվա համար նախատեսված միջոցառումների շարքն առաջացրել է թուրք պատգամավորի զայրույթը, ով մեջլիսում ելույթի ժամանակ բարձրաձայնել է «կարմիր» սուլթանի բռնակալության որոշ դրսևորումների մասին: Ըստ Բաքանի` արյունոտ սութանի պատվին խորհրդարանի նախաձեռնությամբ միջոցառում անցկացնելն անհեթեթություն է առաջին հերթին այն պատճառով, որ Աբդուլ Համիդը 1878 թվականին ցրեց Օսմանյան կայսրության նորաստեղծ խորհրդարանը:
«Աբդուլ Համիդը 2-րդը 30 տարի շարունակ վախի մթնոլորտում երկիրը միանձնյա կառավարած բռնապետ է եղել»,- մեջլիսի ամբիոնից հայտարարել է թուրք պատգամավորը:
Վերջինս խոսել է նաև Աբդուլ Համիդի` իր հակառակորդներին հսկելու նպատակով երկրի ներսում ստեղծած լրտեսական ցանցի, մտավորականների աքսորի, ձերբակալությունների և արտաքսման մասին: Նա նաև նկատել է տվել, որ այդ սուլթանի օրոք իրականացվել է կոշտ գրաքննություն, հասարակության զարգացման ու իրավունքների համար մղված պայքարի վրա գործադրվել են սարսափելի ճնշումներ:
