ՃՈ-ն հիշեցնում է՝ առանց ԱՊՊԱ-ի վարելու համար նախատեսված է 100.000 դրամ տուգանք

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը հիշեցնում է, որ «Ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների օգտագործումից բխող պատասխանատվության պարտադիր ապահովագրության մասին» և «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքների համաձայն, ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր ունենալը, ինչպես նաև ուժի մեջ գտնվող տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնը տրանսպորտային միջոցի դիմապակուն փակցնելը պարտադիր են, իսկ ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր չունենալը, ինչպես նաև առանց ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր ունենալու կամ տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնը փակցնելու վարելն առաջացնում են վարչական պատասխանատվություն համապատասխանաբար՝
1. ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր չունենալու համար՝ յուրաքանչյուր 10 օրվա համար 5.000 դրամ,
2. առանց ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր ունենալու վարելու համար՝ 100.000 դրամ,
3. առանց ուժի մեջ գտնվող տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնը փակցնելու վարելու համար՝ 20.000 դրամ:
Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր չունենալու համար սահմանված՝ յուրաքանչյուր 10 օրվա համար 5.000 դրամ վարչական տուգանք նախատեսող պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու նպատակով հաշվառումից ժամանակավոր հանված տրանսպորտային միջոցը վարելը ևս առաջացնում է վարչական պատասխանատվություն:
Մասնավորապես. նման արարքը իր մեջ ներառում է մի քանի իրավախախտում (առանց համարանիշերի, առանց ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի, առանց հաշվառման վկայագրի տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելը), և նույնիսկ բոլոր իրավախախտումները միաժամանակ քննելու դեպքում կառաջացնի տուգանք՝ 100.000 դրամի չափով:
Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է վարորդներին կնքել ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրեր և տրանսպորտային միջոցը վարել միայն ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր ունենալու և տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնը սահմանված տեղում փակցված վիճակում լինելու դեպքում:
