Tert.am-ը գրում է.
ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանի մասին Tert.am-ի հրապարակումից հետո խմբագրություն է եկել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Մարտունի քաղաքի «Պանրագործական ընկերություն» ԲԲԸ-ի տնօրեն Թաթուլ Բաղդասարյանը՝ պնդելով, որ Բաղմանյանը ոչ միայն ճանաչում է իրեն, այլև գազալցակայանի հետ ուղիղ կապ ունի, քանի որ այն գրանցված է եղել որդու՝ Պավել Բաղմանյանի անունով և որ խլել է իր տարածքը գույքի հետ միասին:
«Իհարկե ճանաչում է ինձ, Հայկազն ո՞վ էր Մարտունիում, որ գազալցակայան դներ: Հայկազը որտեղ, Մարտունին որտեղ: Գազալցակայան կառուցելը եղել ա իմ միտքը: Ես եմ դիմել «Հայռուսգազարդին» թույլտվության համար: Բոլոր թույլտվությունների համար ես եմ դիմել: Պավելն իրա որդի՞ն չի, ում անունով էր գրանցված գազալցակայանը, հուլիսի 14-ին «Ժողովուրդ»-ի կայքում գազալցակայանի նոր գնորդն ասել է, որ գնել է Պավել Բաղմանյանից: Իրա տղուց հրաժարվո՞ւմ ա ինքն արդեն: Պավելն իրա որդին ա, ոնց կարա հրաժարվի»,- ասաց գործարարը՝ ներկայացնելով «Պավել և ընկերներ» ՍՊԸ-ի պետական գրանցման վկայականի ներդիրը, որով Մարտունու Կոմիտասի փողոցի 11 հասցեով գրանցված գազալցակայանի տնօրենը Վլադիմիր Բաղմանյանը, ով, ըստ գործարարի, Հայկազ Բաղմանյանի ազգականն է, իսկ Պավել Բաղմանյանը Հայկազ Բաղմանյանի որդին է:
Հայկազ Բաղմանյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում պնդել է, որ ոչ մի կապ չունի Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Մարտունի քաղաքի «Պանրագործական ընկերություն» ԲԲԸ-ի տնօրեն Թաթուլ Բաղդասարյանի հետ, ով իրեն մեղադրում է իր բիզնեսը խլելու մեջ:
«Ինքը մեղադրում ա, որ իրա ձեռքից խլել ենք գազալցակայանը, ես էլ ասում եմ՝ չենք խլել»,- Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում պնդել էր Բաղմանյանը՝ հայտարարելով, որ ոչ ինքը, ոչ իր ընտանիքի անդամները գազալցակայան չունեն:
«Իհարկե, խլել է իմ տարածքն ու սարքավորումները»,-պնդում է գործարարը՝ շարունակելով. «Հայկազ Բաղմանյանը բիրտ ուժով մտել ա ու դուրս չի գալիս իմ տարածքից: Առանց որևէ փաստաթղթերի օգտագործում ա մեր ընկերության տարածքն ու շինմատերիալները: Ընդամենը սեփականատերն է փոխվել:
Ես պնդում եմ, որ հողի սեփականության փաստաթղթերն ունեմ: Ամեն տարի հողի հարկ եմ վճարում: Ես հարգելով իրա բարձր պաշտոնը որպես հայկական բանակի ներկայացուցիչ վստահել եմ իրան: Ես խոսքով հավատացել եմ իրան: Իմ նման զոհեր երևի շատ կլինի: Ում որ վաճառել է իմ տարածքը, մարդկանց փողը թող հետ տա ու հեռանա Մարտունու տարածքից»:
