Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հանրային խորհրդի անդամներին՝ խորհրդի նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Վարչապետը կարեւորել է նման ձեւաչափով հանդիպումները, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս քննարկել հանրությանը հուզող խնդիրները, մեր երկրի զարգացման հեռանկարները, հնարավոր մարտահրավերները եւ լուծման ուղիները:

Վազգեն Մանուկյանը Հանրային խորհրդի անունից շնորհավորել է Կարեն Կարապետյանին ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ եւ մաղթել արդյունավետ աշխատանք:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը Հանրային խորհրդի անդամների հետ քննարկել է ՀՀ տնտեսության ներկայիս վիճակին, առկա խնդիրներին եւ զարգացման ուղղություններին վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Մասնավորապես, արծարծվել են տնտեսական քաղաքականությանը, կառավարման արդյունավետությանը, փոքր եւ միջին ձեռնարկատիրությանը, կրթությանը եւ գիտությանը, բանկային համակարգին եւ մի շարք այլ ոլորտներին առնչվող հարցեր: Մտքերի փոխանակության ընթացքում վարչապետին են ներկայացվել բարձրացված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ մի շարք առաջարկություններ:

Վարչապետը նշել է, որ նոր կառավարությունը, իր խնդիրները լուծելու ճանապարհին, հասարակությանը տեսնում է որպես գործընկեր, եւ այս տեսանկյունից Հանրային խորհուրդը խողովակներից մեկն է, որով գործադիրը հանրության հետ երկխոսություն է կառուցելու: Կառավարության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ պետական ապարատը պատկերացնում է որպես ճկուն, գործող թիմ եւ այդ նպատակով ձեռնամուխ է եղել կառավարությունում կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների գործընթացին: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ այդ փոփոխությունները լոկ անվանափոխության խնդիր չեն լուծում, այլեւ ենթադրում են լուրջ բովանդակություն եւ նպատակային գործառույթներ: Ներկայացնելով առաջարկվող փոփոխությունների տրամաբանությունը՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ, օրինակ, Ներդրումների եւ ձեռնարկատիրության աջակցման նախարարությունը լինելու է գործարարներին օժանդակություն ցուցաբերող պետական այն օղակը, որը քննարկելու է նրանց կողմից բարձրացված խնդիրները եւ աջակցելու է ոլորտում առկա խոչընդոտների վերացմանը: Վարչապետը կարեւորել է նաեւ կրթության եւ գիտության դերը՝ որպես յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտի զարգացման հիմք եւ շեշտել, որ նոր կառավարությունը լրացուցիչ թափ է հաղորդելու կրթական համակարգի բարեփոխումներին: Ամփոփելով քննարկումը՝ կառավարության ղեկավարն առաջարկել է Հանրային խորհրդի անդամներին ներկայացնել կոնկրետ առաջարկություններ եւ ծրագրեր՝ տեսանելի արդյունքների գնահատմամբ:
