Հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում ընթացող փոփոխությունների ֆոնին յուրահատուկ աշխուժություն է տիրում հատկապես կադրային հարցերում: Իշխանությունների մոտ մի տեսակ տենդենց է նկատվում, ըստ որի փորձում են ազատվել ժողովրդի մոտ ատելություն առաջացնող օդիոզ և հանցագրոծ կերպարներից, որոնց պակասը բավկանին մեծ է նաև ՏԻՄ համակարգում:

Նախընտրական կրքերը հատկապես սրված և շիկացած են որոշ համայնքներում: Լոռու մարզում քաղաքական կենտրոնացվածությունը Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի ընտրությունների վրա է, որտեղ պայքարում են քաղաքական ութ ուժ: Վանաձորում հետքրքիր տենդենց նկատվեց հատկապես այն առումով, որ գործող քաղաքապետ Դարբինյանին, ով նաև ՀՀԿ անդամ էր, հարազատ կուսակցությունը չսատարեց` առաջադրելով քաղաքի գլխավոր նոտարին: Դարբինյանի անվան շուրջ խոսակցություններն արդեն լեգենդների են հասնում: Սակայն պետք է նշել, որ մարզի այլ համայնքներում ևս բավականին լուրջ մրցապայքար է ընթանալու:

Հանրապետության մեծ համայնքներից մեկը հանդիսացող իմ հայրենի Օձունում առաջադրված երեք թեկնածուներից երկուսը նույնպես ՀՀԿ անդամ են: Օձունյան ինտրիգը հիմնականում գործող գյուղապետի և նախկին գյուղապետի որդու միջև սպասելիք պայքարն է,( ի դեպ հետաքրքիրն ու տարօրինակ այն է, որ որպես կանոն հայաստանյան յուրաքանչյուր ընտրությունների ժամանակ ողջ նախըտրական պայքարում հասարակաությունը մասնատվում է, բաժանվում և միմյանց հանդեպ թշնամանքով լցվում):

Այգեհատ համայնքում ուղղակի զավեշտալի իրավիճակ է. 243 ընտրող ունեցող համայնքում պայքարում են հինգ թեկնածու, բոլորն էլ Շահվերդյան ազգանուններով, ի դեպ երկուսը նորից իշխող կուսակցությունից են:

Մեկ այլ գյուղում` Շնողում նույնպես առաջադրվել են հինգ թեկնածու. պետք է նշեմ, որ հենց այս համայնքում էլ, տեղացիների բնորոշմամբ, լինելու է ամենադժան ու լարված պայքարը:

Նշված ցանկը կարելի է ներկայացնել բավականին երկար, քանի որ մոտավորապես նույն պատկերն է տիրում գրեթե բոլոր մարզերում: Սակայն հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ մարդկանց մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն կա, թե դառնալով համայնքի ղեկավար, ամեն կերպ մոտ են լինելու պետական միջոցների մխսման գործընթացին: Այդ իսկ պատճառով յուրաքարնչյուր թեկնածու փորձում է հնարավոր ամեն միջոց ու լծակ օգտագործել, որպեսզի պահպանի իր աթոռը, կամ ի վերջո հասնի ցանկալի բազմոցին:
