«Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթը գրում է. « Տրանսպորտի և կապի արդեն նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը նախօրեին չի մասնակցել ոչ միայն նոր նախարարի ներկայացմանը, որին ՏԿՆ աշխատակազմի հետ ծանոթացնում էր վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, այլև հինգշաբթի օրը տեղի ունեցած ՀՀԿ գործադիր մարմնի նիստին, որին նախկինում, որպես կանոն, մասնակցել է:
Այդպիսով նա իր պաշտոնանկության համար իր նեղացվածությունն ու կոշտ վերաբերմունքն է արտահայտել ՀՀ իշխանություններին։
Որոշ տեղեկությունների համաձայն, փոխադարձաբար իշխանություններն էլ շատ վատ են ընդունել Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի այդ քայլը։ Իշխանական կուլիսներում խոսվում Է անգամ, որ նոյեմբերի 26-ին տեղի ունենալիք ՀՀԿ հերթական համագումարի ժամանակ նա չի վերընտրվի ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի անդամ։ Թե ինչով Է պաշտոնանկությունից հետո պատրաստվում զբաղվել Բեգլարյանը, երեկ մեր թղթակցին այդպես էլ չի հաջողվել ճշտել։ Այլևս նախկին նախարարը հեռախոսազանգերին չէր պատասխանում։
Նկատենք, որ ի տարբերության Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի, ֆինանսների նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանն ու գյուղատնտեսության նախկին նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը ներկա էին, երբ վարչապետը սույն նախարարությունների աշխատակազմերին էր ներկայացնում նորանշանակ նախարարներին»:
