ԱՄՆ-ը երկու սահմանապահ նավ կնվիրի Վրաստանին

ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարությունը երկու սահմանապահ նավ կնվիրի Վրաստանի սահմանապահ ոստիկանության առափնյա պահպանության ծառայությանը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարությունը՝ ամփոփելով հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարար Գեորգի Մղեբրիշվիլիի եւ Վրաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպան Յան Քելիի միջեւ կայացծ հանդիպման արդյունքները:

«Սեպտեմբերի 30-ին տեղի կունենա Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարության պատվիրակության այցն ԱՄՆ: Այդ այցի շրջանակներում Բալթիմորում կկայանա ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարության կողմից Վրաստանի սահմանապահ ոստիկանության առափնյա պահպանության ծառայությանը Island դասի երկու սահմանապահ նավերի հանձնման արարողությունը»,-նշվում Է փաստաթղթում:

1990-ական թվականների վերջից ԱՄՆ-ը Վրաստանին կանոնավոր տեխնիկական, ֆինանսական եւ այլ օգնություն Է ցուցաբերում ծովային սահմանների պաշտպանության եւ երկրում օրինականության ամրապնդման, կադրերի պատրաստման, ենթակառուցվածքի ստեղծման, առափնյա պահպանության ծառայության տեխնիկական հանդերձման գործում: 2014 թվականին մերձսեւծովյան Սուփսա ավանում գործարկվել Է ծովային գործողությունների կառավարման կենտրոնը, որի կառուցումը ֆինանսավորվել Էր ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարության կողմից: Կենտրոնի գլխավոր խնդիրը «անօրինական գործողությունների բացահայտումն ու վերաումն Է Վրաստանի ծովային տարածքում», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
