Ըստ վերջերս անցկացրած ուսումնասիրության՝ ծնողները միջինում օրական 12.5 րոպե են տրամադրում՝ իրենց երեխաների հետ զրուցելու համար: Դրա մոտ 8.5 րոպեն նրանք զայրանում են երեխաների վրա և նրանց համար արգելքներ դնում և միայն 4 րոպե են թողնում զրույցի համար: Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ մենք որոշեցինք ձեզ մի քանի խարհուրդներ տալ, որոնք կօգնեն ձեր երեխայի հետ ժամանակն ավելի արդյունավետ օգտագործել: Ահա հարցեր, որոնք ամեն օր պետք է տաք ձեր երեխաներին

Ինչպե՞ս են գործերդ:
Մի՛ ասեք. «Պատասխանի՛ր: Ես քեզ հարց տվեցի: Ավելի բարձր: Ես քեզ չեմ լսում:»
Եթե ձեր երեխան չի ցանկանում խոսել դրա մասին, ուրեմն մի՛ ստիպեք նրան անպայման պատասխանել ձեր հարցին: Նրան պատմեք ձեր օրվա մասին, օրինակ ասեք. «Մենք ավելի ուշ կխոսենք դրա մասին, եթե ուզում ես: Պատկերացնու՞մ ես՝ ես այսօր իմ ընկերոջն եմ տեսել, ում չէի տեսել չորս տարի:»
Այսպես դուք ավելի լավ օրինակ կծառայեք ձեր երեխայի համար և կօգնեք նրան ավելի ազատ խոսել իր խնդիրների մասին:

Մի՛ ասեք. «Ո՞վ է նա: Ես քեզ թույլ չեմ տալիս նրա հետ ընկերություն անել: Նրա հետ կընկերանաս միայն այն դեպքում, երբ ես նրան տեսնեմ:»
Փոխարենը ասե՛ք. «Պատմի՛ր ինձ քո ընկերների մասին: Ինչպիսի՞ վերաբերմունք ունեն նրանք քո նկատմամբ:»

Մի՛ ասեք. «Ինչպե՞ս թե «ոչինչ չկա»: Դու ստում ես:»
Փոխարենն ասե՛ք. «Մի՛ տխրիր: Արի գնանք ֆիլմ դիտելու:» -
Օգնության կարիք ունե՞ս:
Մի՛ ասեք. «Ինձ տու՛ր: Ես դա կանեմ:»
Փոխարենն ասե՛ք. «Ուրախ եմ, որ դու ցանկանում ես դա ինքնուրույն անել: Եթե օգնության կարիք ունենաս, դիմի՛ր ինձ:»
Փորձեք չընդհատել ձեր երեխային, երբ նա խոսում է: Մեկնաբանեք նրանց մտքերը միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ նրանք ձեր կարծիքն են հարցնում: Իհարկե մի՛ մոռացեք ֆիզիկական կոնտակտի մասին՝ գրկեք նրան, բռնեք նրա ձեռքը:
