 ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները հայտարարություն են տարածել Նյու Յորքում Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ հանդիպումների արդյունքներով: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակից, հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Պիեր Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) և Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ), ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի շրջանակում առանձին հանդիպումներ են անցկացրել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ` շարունակելու քննարկումները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում մենք հատուկ ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել վերջերս Վիեննայում (2016 թ. մայիս) և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում (2016 թ. հունիս) գագաթնաժողովներում ընդունված որոշումների կիրառմանը: Մասնավորապես, մենք քննարկել ենք հետագա քայլերը, որոնք կարող են ստեղծել հարմար միջավայր առարկայական բանակցությունների առաջընթացի համար, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել հակամարտության կարգավորմանը:
