«Ժողովուրդ». Կարեն Կարապետյանը շատերի համար «ցանկալի» անձ չէ, նրան չեն բարեւում

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Այլևս ակնհայտ է, որ նորանշանակ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը փորձում է լուծել այն խնդիրը, որն իր նախորդների` Տիգրան Սարգսյանի և Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի համար անհաս մնաց: Նա փորձում է պետական կառավարման համակարգը վերաձևելով՝ այն ամբողջությամբ վերցնել իր վերահսկողության տակ:
Վարչապետն արդեն իսկ սկսել է իշխանական համակարգի խաղացողներին, այդ թվում կոալիցիոն գործընկերներին ցույց տալ, որ պետական կառավարման համակարգում որոշումների միակ կայացնողն ինքն է: Բայց այս տեսանկյունից ուշագրավ է այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանի Անկախության 25-ամյակին նվիրված պաշտոնական միջոցառումների ժամանակ Կարեն Կարապետյանը այդպես էլ չէր ընկալվում իբրև իշխանական թիմի անդամ: Առավոտյան Եռաբլուրում, իսկ երեկոյան էլ մարզահամերգային համալիրում «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի լրագրողնեը նկատել էին, որ իշխանական վերնախավի ներկայացուցիչներից շատերը նորանշանակ վարչապետին չեն մոտենում եւ ձեռքով չեն բարեւում, ինչպես սովորաբար ընդունված է, կամ ինչպես լինում էր Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի դեպքում:
Այսինքն՝ ակնհայտ է եղել, որ նորանշանակ վարչապետը շատերի համար «ցանկալի» անձ չէ: Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ նոր կառավարությունը կազմավորելուց հետո Կարեն Կարապետյանը խորհրդարանին պետք է ներկայացնի իր ծրագիրը: Նախկինում կառավարության ծրագրերը, որպես կանոն, խորհրդարանում ընդունվել են առանց լուրջ խոչընդոտների, քանի որ իշխող ՀՀԿ-ն մեկ մարդու պես մասնակցել է համապատասխան նիստին և սեղմել «կողմ» կոճակը:
Ուստի ուշագրավ է, թե այս անգամ իշխող ՀՀԿ-ի պատգամավորներն իրենց ինչպես կպահեն քվեարկության ժամանակ: Հետաքրքիր կլինի տեսնել, թե նրանցից քանիսը կհամարձակվի կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկմանը չմասնակցել, օրինակ` անհետաձգելի գործերով արտերկրում գտնվելու պատճառաբանությամբ»:
