Արման Ալավերդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Երեկ կառավարությունում տեղի ունեցան բավական աղմկոտ նշանակումներ, որոնք սակայն տարբերովում էին նախորդներից իրենց բարձրացրած դրական աղմուկով: Եթե նախկինում շատերը դժգոհ էին մնում մեր երկրում տարածված՝ խոշոր բիզնեսմենների՝ բարձր քաղաքական պաշտոններում նշանակման պրակտիկայից, ապա այժմ, բոլորը հաճելիորեն զարմացել են, լսելով նախարարների պաշտոնում իրենց նախկինում անծանոթ անուններ:
Բայց այդուհանդերձ կա քննադատության ոչ մեծ ալիք, որը կայանում է նրանում, որ տվյալ անձինք պետական համակարգում աշխատելու համապատասխան փորձ չունեն: Բայց ես այդպես չեմ կարծում: Բացատրեմ ինչու: Որովհետև մենք մի կողմից չունենք այնպիսի անձինք, ովքեր լինեն պետական ապարատում, ունենան համապատասխան փորձ, բայց վայելեն տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի ու հանրության վստահությունը, ինչն այս պարագայում շատ կարևոր է:
Մյուս կողմից, եթե, ինչպես հայտարարվեց, հարկավոր են նոր մոտեցումներ, նոր իդեաներ, դրանք կարող են հաղորդել նոր գործիչները միանգամայն այլ միջավայրից: Այս երկու հանգամանքները, ըստ իս, լուրջ հակակշիռներ են հանդիսանում փորձ չունենալու մասին թեզին, եթե հաշվի առնենք, այն, որ տվյալ անձինք փորձառու են մասնավոր ոլորտում: Այն իր կարևորությամբ չի զիջում պետական համակարգում կուտակած փորձին:
Տնտեսության մեջ շատ դեպքերում հարկավոր է կիրառել խոշոր կորպորացիաների տրամաբանությունն ու սկզբունքները:
