«Ժողովուրդ». Գյումրիում Վարդեւան Գրիգորյանի որդու առեղծվածային մահվան հետքերով

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին նախընտրական Գյումրիում դժբախտ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել: Քաղաքապետի՝ ԲՀԿ կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածու Վարդեւան Գրիգորյանի որդուն՝ 26-ամյա Արշակ Գրիգորյանին, հայտնաբերել են մահացած՝ գլխի շրջանում, ավելի կոնկրետ ականջի հետեւում, ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքով:
«Ժողովուրդ»–ը զրուցեց Շիրակի մարզի գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Գաբրիելյանի հետ։
Պարոն Գաբրիելյան, իրար հակասող տեղեկություններ են տարածվում։ Խոսվում է այն մասին, որ մահացածը աջլիկ է, իսկ կրակոցը ձախ ձեռքով է արձակվել։ Ի՞նչ կասեք սրա մասին։
Ինչ տեղեկություններ կան, մենք հայտնել ենք։
Ինչո՞ւ քրեական գործը միանգամից ինքնասպանության դրդելու հատկանիշներով հարուցվեց։
Հիմա նշված հանգամանքները՝ ինքնասպանություն գործելու, պարզվում են։ Այս պահին ես այլ մանրամասներ ասել չեմ կարող։

Կատարված դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել Է քրեական գործ՝ քր. օրենսգրքի 110-րդ եւ 235-րդ հոդվածների առաջին մասերի հատկանիշներով։ Կատարվում է նախաքննություն։ Դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ, այս պահին արդյունավետ քննչական եւ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ։ Այլ տեղեկություններ չեմ կարող հայտնել։

Ոչ մեկ չգիտի այս պահին։ Կատարվում է նախաքննություն՝ այդ հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Ցավոք, Շիրակի մարզի գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնակատարից որեւէ ստույգ տեղեկություն իմանալ չհաջողվեց։ Էական հարցերի մեծ մասը շարունակում են անպատասխան մնալ։
«ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին որոշ մանրամասներ հայտնի դարձան։ Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ դեպքից առաջ Ա. Գրիգորյանը հարազատների հետ շփվել է նույն ձեւով ինչ մյուս օրերին։ Նրա վարքի մեջ որեւէ տարօրինակ կամ անսովոր պահվածք չի նկատվել։ Դեպքից առաջ՝ առավոտյան, երիտասարդը հոր՝ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Վ Գրիգորյանի հետ նախընտրական ծրագրերն է քննարկել, ապա մորեղբոր որդու հետ սրճարան այցելել։ Դեպքից ժամեր առաջ տան անդամների հետ պայմանավորվել է, որ պետք է միասին ինչ-որ տեղ գնան։ Տնից դուրս է եկել, մի քանի րոպե ուշանալուց հետո տան անդամներից մեկը գնացել է նրա հետեւից ու հայտնաբերել դին»:
