Վարկային պատմությունը ֆինանսական պարտավորությունների կատարման վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների ամբողջությունն է, որը հավաքվում, կուտակվում և պարբերաբար նորացվում է ինչպես վարկ տրամադրված առանձին վարկատուների, այնպես էլ Կենտրոնական բանկի Վարկային ռեգիստրի և ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյի կողմից:

Վարկ վերցնել նշանակում է պարտքով գումար վերցնել բանկից, վարկային կազմակերպությունից կամ գրավատնից:Վարկը հնարավորություն է տալիս առանց խնայողություն անելու գնել ապրանք կամ հոգալ այլ ծախսեր: Վարկը օգնում է Ձեզ բաշխել մեծ ծախսերը ժամանակի մեջ: Իհարկե, հրապուրիչ է, որ վարկի միջոցով հնարավոր է ապրանք գնել և դրա համար վճարել ավելի ուշ, սակայն վարկ վերցնելիս պետք չէ կատարել հապճեպ որոշումներ, քանի որ իրականում վարկ վերցնելը իր մեջ կարող է ռիսկ պարունակել:

Եթե, օրինակ, Դուք վերցրել եք բազմաթիվ վարկեր, ապա աշխատանքի կորստի կամ ֆինանսական դժվարությունների առկայության դեպքում չեք կարողանա մարել բոլոր պարտքերը, իսկ վարկի մարման համար պատասխանատու եք գրավով և անձնական գույքով:

Հիշեք նաև, որ ապրանքը կարող է թանկ նստել, քանի որ վարկի սկզբնական գումարից բացի դուք պետք է վճարեք նաև տոկոսագումարներ և այլ լրացուցիչ վճարներ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով վարկ վերցնելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է իմանալ որոշ կանոններ ճիշտ որոշումներ կայացնելու նպատակով:

Հստակ ձևակերպեք, թե ինչի համար եք ցանկանում վարկ վերցնել և որքան գումար է անհրաժեշտ: Իրականացրեք բյուջեի (եկամուտների և ծախսերի) պլանավորում` սահմանելու այն առավելագույն գումարը, որ ամեն ամիս պատրաստ եք տրամադրել վարկի մարմանը: Ամսական բյուջեից հանեք ընթացիկ ծախսերը: Չմոռանաք վերցրած գումարի դիմաց վճարվելիք տոկոսների մասին: Մի՛ մոռացեք, որ ընթացիկ ծախսերին կարող են գումարվել նաև այլ անձնական չնախատեսված ծախսեր, ինչպիսիք են, օրինակ՝ բժշկական, ավտոմեքենայի վերանորոգման և այլ ծախսեր: Ընդունված է, որ վարկի և տոկոսավճարների ամսական մարման մեծությունը չպետք է գերազանցի ձեր ամսական եկամտի 30-40%: Ելնելով վերլուծությունից՝ որոշեք, թե ինչ մեծության և ինչ ժամկետով վարկ դուք կարող եք վերցնել: Երբ արդեն հասկացել եք, թե ինչ վարկ է անհրաժեշտ, ապա մի՛ հրապուրվեք և մի՛ վերցրեք անհրաժեշտ գումարից ավելի գումար:

Վարկ վերցնելուց հետո իրականացրեք վարկի գումարի և տոկոսների մարումները առանց ուշացումների` վարկային պայմանագրում նշված ժամկետներին համապատասխան: Մարումները ժամկետին կատարելու դեպքում զերծ կմնաք տույժեր և տուգանքներ վճարելուց հիմք կդնեք դրական վարկային պատմության ձևավորմանը և կավելացնեք հետագայում վարկ վերցնելու հնարավորությունները:
