Հայաստանը կարող է հպարտանալ անկախությունից ի վեր հաճախ դժվար իրավիճակում եւ տարածաշրջանային շրջակա միջավայրում, 25 տարիների իր անցած ճանապարհով: Այս մասին ասված է ՀՀ անկախության 25-ամյակի առթիվ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ուղղված Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի շնորհավորական ուղերձում:

Շշնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը նշել է.

«Պարո՛ն Նախագահ,

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային տոնի առթիվ հաճույքով Ձեզ, ինչպես նաեւ ողջ հայ ժողովրդին եմ հղում երջանկության, բարեկեցության եւ հաջողության մաղթանքներս:

Հայաստանը կարող է հպարտանալ անկախությունից ի վեր հաճախ դժվար իրավիճակում եւ տարածաշրջանային շրջակա միջավայրում, 25 տարիների իր անցած ճանապարհով: Գիտեմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդն ի զորու կլինի շարունակելու կայունությանը, ժողովրդավարությանը եւ զարգացմանն ուղղված իր մեծ ջանքերը:

Ինչպես գիտեք, ինձ հոգեհարազատ են պատմության մեջ արմատավորված մեր հարաբերությունները: Վստահ եղեք, պարոն նախագահ, որ ջատագովն եմ լինելու էլ ավելի ամրապնդելու մեր երկու երկրները միավորող ցանկացած կապ:

Վերջում թույլ տվեք վերահաստատել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բանակցված, արդար եւ կայուն կարգավորմանն ուղղված իմ հանձնառությունը: Ինչպես առիթ ունեցա Ձեզ ասելու հուլիսի 9-ին Վարշավայում մեր հանդիպման ժամանակ` պատրաստակամ եմ Փարիզում հյուրընկալել հանդիպում` ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող գործընթացն ի մի բերելու եւ չափազանց երկարատեւ այս հակամարտության առաջխաղացման միջոցառումները քննարկելու համար»:
