Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին` Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի  տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:

Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Մեծարգո՛ Սերժ Ազատի,
Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի, իշխանությունների և անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 25-ամյա հոբելյանի կապակցությամբ, տոն, որը թանկ ու հիշարժան է բոլորիս համար` Հայաստանում, Արցախում և Սփյուռքում:

Հայ ժողովուրդը դարեր շարունակ երազել է իր պետականությունը վերականգնելու և ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու մասին: Մեր համազգային երազանքն իրականություն դարձավ 1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, երբ հայկական հինավուրց հողի վրա հռչակվեցին երկու անկախ հանրապետություններ: Համայն հայությունը ձեռնամուխ եղավ հայոց պետականության կերտման գործին` այդ ճանապարհին հաստատակամորեն հաղթահարելով բազում փորձություններ ու դժվարություններ, արձանագրելով փայլուն հաղթանակներ:

Մենք վստահ ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հաջողությամբ կլուծվեն բոլոր խնդիրները, և  մեր ժողովուրդը կապրի հպարտ ու արժանավայել կյանքով:

Մեծարգո՛ Սերժ Ազատի,
Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և մեր բոլոր հայրենակիցներին` փառապանծ հոբելյանի առթիվ: Մաղթում եմ խաղաղություն, բարօրություն և մեծագույն  ձեռքբերումներ Մայր Հայաստանին ու մեր ժողովրդին»:
