Խազար ռազմական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի (Caspian Defense Studies Institute) կողմից Ադրբեջանի զանգվածային տեղեկատվական միջոցների և սոցիալական ցանցերի վրա անցկացրած մոնիթորինգի արդյունքների համաձայն' 2015 թվականի 8 ամիսների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի անվտանգության և պաշտպանության հատվածում ընդհանուր առմամբ 50 զինծառայող է մահացել: Նրանցից 21-ը զոհվել են մարտական պայմաններում, 29-ը' ոչ մարտական պայմաններում:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական Meydan TV հեռուստաալիքի կայքը, ինստիտուտը հայտնում է, որ մահացածներից 8-ն ինքնասպանություն են գործել, 8 հոգի զոհվել են ոչ կանոնադրական դեպքերի (միմյանց գնդակահարելու) պատճառով, 3 հոգի' անզգուշությունից, 2 հոգի' ձնահոսքից, 2 հոգի' արևահարումից, 2 հոգի' հիվանդությունից: Մահացածներից 44-ը պաշտպանության նախարարության, 3-ը' պետական սահմանային ծառայության, 2-ը' արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության և 1-ը ազգային անվտանգության նախարարության զինծառայողներ են:
Նշվում է, որ նախորդ ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ 10 զինծառայողներ վիրավորվել կամ էլ վնասվածքներ են ստացել: 7 զինծառայողներ վիրավորվել են հակառակորդի գնդակից, մեկ հոգի' ականի պայթյունից, մեկ հոգի' ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների, և մեկ հոգի' դժբախտ պատահարի արդյունքում: Վիրավորվածներից մեկը արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության, մյուսները' պաշտպանության նախարարության այս կամ այն զորամասերի զինծառայողներ են:
Խազար ռազմական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտը չի բացառում, որ Ադրբեջանի անվտանգության և պաշտպանության հատվածում տեղի ունեցած կորուստների թիվը կարող է իրենց հրապարակածից շատ ավելի մեծ լինել:
Խազար ռազմական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտը ստեղծվել է Գերմանիայում 2014 թվականին: Կառույցի նպատակը Ադրբեջանի անվտանգության և պաշտպանության հատվածում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների վերլուծությունն ու դրանց առնչությամբ ռազմավարական կանխատեսումներ պատրաստելն է:
Թեև Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է սեփական զինուժում գրանցված մահվան դեպքերի ու արտակարգ պատահարների մասին տեղեկությունները թաքցնելու քաղաքականությունը, այդուհանդերձ, ՀՀ ՊՆ և ԼՂՀ ՊԲ տեղեկությունների համաձայն' տարվա սկզբից մինչ այժմ ադրբեջանական բանակի կորուստը կազմել է առնվազը 97 զինծառայող և 54-ից ավելի վիրավոր:
2015 թվականի սկզբից մինչ այժմ Ադրբեջանի պետական կառույցները խոստովանել են 18 զինծառայողների մահը: Պաշտոնական տվյալներով' նրանցից 11-ը մահացել են մարտական պայմաններում:
