Դավիթ Լոքյանը ու ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարը քննարկել են տարածքային զարգացման խնդիրները

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման ևզարգացման նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Լոքյանը սեպտեմբերի 20-ին ընդունել է ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկունև ԵՄ պատվիրակության ծրագրերի ղեկավար Մոնիկա Պապյանին: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակա յնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Ողջունելով հյուրերին` նախարարը կարևորել է նման հանդիպումների նշանակությունը Հայաստան-ԵՄ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման համար:

Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հանդիպման համար և նշել, որ նման հանդիպումներն արդեն իսկ լավ ազդակ են համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման:

Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ անցած շաբաթ քննարկումներ են եղել ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների դեսպանների  հետ, որոնց ժամանակ քննարկվել են Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ աջակցության ուղղությունները:

«Որպես ԵՄ դեսպան Հայաստանում՝ վստահ եմ, որ տարածքայինզարգացման ռեֆորմները պիտի առաջնահերթություն լինեն:  Պետք է ավելիուղիղ ու ավելի հաճախ սերտ համագործակցենք մարզերի վարչականկենտրոնների հետ» ,- ասել է դեսպանը:

Հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել են համայնքների հնգամյա զարգացման ռազմավարությունների կազմման հարցը, ինչպես նաև տարածքային զարգացման խնդիրները, գործիքակազմը և իրականացման մեթոդները: Քննարկվել են նաև Եվրամիության տրամադրած դրամաշնորհների մշտադիտարկման խնդիրները և պետական վերահսկողությունը:

Կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև Եվրամիության` զարգացմանն ուղղած աջակցության տարածքային տեղայնացմանը վերաբերող հարցերին:  Խոսելով աջակցության հնարավոր նոր գործիքների կիրառման մասին` Դավիթ Լոքյանը նշել է, որ «Միջհամայնքային միավորումների մասին ՀՀ օրենքի» ընդունմամբ   հնարավորություն կընձեռնվի ստեղծել կառույցներ, որոնք կկարողանան ընդհանուր գործառույթներ իրականացնել:

«Հեռավոր թույլ շրջանների համար այս միավորումներով կարելի է աշխատել , որոնք կարող են ի սկզբանե ներառվել ներդրումային ծրագրերիպատրաստման, ինչպես նաև տարածքային ռազմավարությունների հնգամյա ծրագիրը մշակելու գործընթացում: Շատ կարևոր է, որ կարողանանք այս ծրագրերի իրականացման համար նաև հասարակական միավորներն ակտիվացնել Հայաստանում»,- իր խոսքում նշել է նախարարը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել առաջիկա հանդիպումներում քննարկելիք հարցերի,  ՀՀ մարզերի զարգացման ոլորտում Հայաստան- ԵՄ բազմակողմանի համագործակցության շուրջ:
